Protection to Fix Elucidation
The period for protecting to fix Garvee machines is one year from the invoice date. During this period, any breakdown caused by product quality issues under normal usage circumstances will be covered by free maintenance.
If a breakdown occurs due to the product's own quality within the protection period, customers can bring the purchasing invoice and the completed customer couplet to an authorized repair center for free repair.
Repair Conditions:
- Machines refitted or added with other functions by the owner will not be accepted for repair.
- The protection to fix expires immediately if the Protect to Fix card or purchasing invoice is changed.
- This card and the purchasing invoice are considered the Protection to Fix warranty; please reserve them carefully.
Free Maintenance Not Provided Under the Following Circumstances:
- Without Protection to Fix warranty.
- Breakdown caused by manipulation that does not follow the requests of the manual.
- Damage caused by dismantling or movement by a non-company-authorized maintainer.
- Breakdown, harm, or damage due to moving or dropping the product.
- Damage caused by customer's inappropriate preservation, maintenance, or usage.
- Easily damaged parts and present accessories are not covered.
- Breakdown and damage caused by Force Majeure (acts of God).
