Getting Started

1. Charging the Headset

Place the earbuds into the charging case. The charging case will charge the earbuds. The indicator on the charging case will show the charging status.

2. Wearing the Headset

Insert the earbuds into your ears. Ensure a comfortable and secure fit. Different ear tip sizes are provided for optimal comfort and sound quality.

3. Connecting via Bluetooth

Pairing:

Turn on the headset.
Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone or other device.
Select "WF-C500" from the list of available Bluetooth devices.
You will hear a "Bluetooth connected" confirmation when the pairing is successful.

Using the Sony Headphones Connect App:

Download and install the "Sony Headphones Connect" app from your device's app store.
Follow the in-app instructions to connect and customize your headset settings.
The app allows for features like sound customization, adaptive sound control, and more.

4. Basic Operations

Music Playback: Use the controls on the earbuds to play, pause, skip tracks, and adjust volume.
Calls: Answer or end calls using the controls on the earbuds.
