Introduction

Please read the manual before use. The information contained in this document will not be modified or extended without notice. The watch must be charged for at least 2 hours before use.

Maintenance

• Regularly clean the watch, especially the inner side with metal contacts, and keep it dry.
• Ensure the sensor is not dirty during measurement. Skin color, hair density, tattoos, and scars can affect measurement accuracy.
• Excessive use of skin care products on the wrist may be harmful to the watch.
• Do not continue to wear the bracelet if skin allergies or other skin irritations occur.

2. Charging Instructions

This product uses a magnetic charging base. Metal contacts on the back of the watch align automatically with the charging base. Connect the USB socket of the charging base to a computer or a 5V 1A USB power adapter. The charging status is displayed on the screen.

Warning: Do not connect the charging base to conductive materials, as this can cause short circuits.

3. Product Details

3.1 Power ON/OFF

• Power ON: With the watch off, press and hold the crown for 5 seconds. The time will be displayed after startup.
• Power OFF: With the watch on, press and hold the crown for 4 seconds, slide the control on the display to the right. The watch will vibrate and then turn off.

3.2 Product Description

The watch features a Crown, Sensor, Microphone, Speaker, Side button, and Metal pins for charging.

3.3 How to Wear the Watch

Wear the watch after the ulnar styloid. Fasten the strap to your wrist by adjusting it perfectly to your wrist size. Keep the sensor as close to the skin as possible, avoid movement, and prevent external light from affecting test accuracy. Keep the test area clean; sweat or stains will affect test results.

3.4 Dial Switch

From the main screen, press and hold for 2 seconds to access the watch face selection interface. Swipe left and right to choose a watch face and tap to select it. Alternatively, select your preferred watch face within the companion App and load it onto the watch by selecting "Download".

4. Touch Screen Usage

• Navigation: Slide your finger across the display to view different screens.
• Crown Button: Press to light up the screen. Rotate to change the dial. Press again to enter the function menu (icons). Rotate the crown to scroll through icons. While navigating, press the crown to return to the time display.
• Side Button: Press to directly enter sport mode. In navigation, press it to return to the previous page.

4.1 Touch Dial Description

The interface allows navigation between different screens:

• Control Center: Accessible by swiping down from the main screen.
• Menu: Accessible by swiping left from the main screen. Shows recent functions.
• Feature Pages: Accessible by swiping left from the Menu screen. Displays data summaries.
• Messages: Accessible by swiping down from the Feature Pages screen. Shows notifications.
• Swiping right from the Menu screen leads to Feature Pages.
• Swiping up from the Menu screen leads to the Control Center.
• Swiping up from Feature Pages leads to the Control Center.
• Swiping down from Feature Pages leads to Messages.

5. App Download and Usage

5.1 APP Download and Installation

Method 1: Upon first boot, select your language, and a QR code will appear. Scan the QR code with your smartphone to download the "FitCloudPro" App.

Method 2: Search for and download the "FitCloudPro" App from your smartphone's App Store (iOS) or other app stores (like Google Play for Android). Alternatively, scan the provided QR code.

Note: Your smartphone must support Android 5.1 or iOS 9.0 or higher, and Bluetooth version 5.0 or higher.

5.2 APP Pairing with Android and iOS Phones

1. After downloading the App, open it and set up your profile.
2. On the main screen, select "Device" at the bottom.
3. Select "Add device" and start the search by tapping "Search".
4. Wait a few seconds and select "TFit300CALL" from the list of found devices.
5. After pairing, the icon on the controls page will no longer be red.

Pairing for Call, SMS, and Directory Management

(1) Once paired, a window will appear on your phone requesting authorization to manage calls from your watch. Accept this and authorize subsequent windows for SMS and notification messages.

Caution: If consent is not given for all requested authorizations (access to calls, messages, directory, etc.), some watch functions will not activate or work.

To change incorrect permissions:

• Uninstall the "FitCloud Pro" App.
• On your smartphone, go to the relevant market shop ("Play Store" for Android, "App Store" for iOS).
• Select your account, then "Manage apps & device", then "Manage" at the top.
• In the "Installed" box, select "Not installed" to see all apps in your account.
• Select and delete "FitCloud Pro".
• Download the "FitCloud Pro" App again and grant all authorization requests upon opening.

(2) After connecting the watch to your mobile phone, you can dial numbers, control your phone, make calls, or answer calls directly from the watch. You can also view call log information. Ensure a stable connection between the watch and phone when using call functions.

6. Smart Watch Features

Data

Displays daily step count, distance, and calories. You can set goals for steps, distance, and calories in the App.

Workout

Tap the workout icon in the Menu to start a new training recording. The last recorded workout will be shown on the training page.

Heart Rate

The smartwatch records your heart rate all day. You can also tap the page to start measuring your heart rate manually.

Sleep

When worn during sleep, the smartwatch provides statistics on sleep duration and quality on both the screen and the App. The device recalculates data for the new day.

Blood Pressure

Tap the blood pressure icon to start measuring your blood pressure. The page shows past blood pressure measurement data.

Blood Oxygen

Tap the blood oxygen icon to start measuring your blood oxygen. The page shows past blood oxygen measurement data.

Music

With the watch connected to the App, you can control music playback (pause, play, skip tracks) on your phone.

Messages

Receive notifications from selected social apps. The watch displays corresponding messages, up to 15 messages at a time. Incoming notifications can be enabled/disabled in the App.

Weather

After connecting the watch and enabling location permission, the weather interface displays real-time temperature and weather conditions.

Alarm Clock

Connect the watch to the App to set single or cyclic alarms (up to 5). The device will vibrate to remind you.

Stopwatch

Tap the start button on the stopwatch page to begin timing, and tap the stop button to end timing.

Breathing Exercises

Guided breathing exercises to help reduce personal stress.

Settings

Settings include menu style, screen display, battery information, language, password, QR code, system, etc.

Voice Assistant

Activate your smartphone's voice assistant to use your phone and apps with your voice.

Timer

Perform one or more actions automatically at set time intervals by selecting from pre-set times.

7. Warnings

The smartwatch should not be used for any medical purpose. It dynamically monitors heart rate in real-time, but data is for reference only. Always consult your doctor before starting an exercise program.

This device is a high-precision electronic instrument. Avoid using it in the following cases:

• Near strong heat sources like heaters and stoves.
• In environments that are too cold, too hot, or very dusty.
• The appliance must not be exposed to dripping or splashing water. Do not place liquid-filled objects, such as vases, on the appliance.
• If liquids penetrate the device, bring it to the nearest authorized TREVI service center.
• Do not use the device near flammable or explosive gases, as this may cause malfunction or fire hazard.
• Do not place naked flame sources, such as lit candles, on the appliance.
• Keep the device out of reach of children. It is not a toy. It contains small removable parts that can cause suffocation if ingested.
• Do not expose the device to strong shocks.
• Store the product in a dry place when not in use.
• Keep this instruction manual.

8. Troubleshooting

Watch won't turn on

• Press and hold the power button for more than 3 seconds.
• The battery may be too low; please charge it.

Bluetooth is not connected or unable to connect

• Try restarting the watch and reconnecting.
• Try restarting the phone's Bluetooth and reconnecting.
• Do not connect the phone to other Bluetooth devices simultaneously.

Inaccurate heart rate/blood pressure/blood oxygen

• Generally caused by poor contact between the watch sensor and the body during measurement.
• Ensure the sensor is in full contact with your wrist during measurement.
• Keep your body still and the watch close to your wrist during measurement.
• For individuals with darker skin and more arm hair, enable enhanced measurement in the App (Device > Elevated Heart Rate Enhanced Measurement).

Sleep data is not accurate enough

• Sleep monitoring simulates natural sleep states and requires normal wear.
• Errors may occur if you fall asleep late or during the day.
• Sleep data is not monitored during the day; the default monitoring is from 9:30 PM to 12:00 PM the next day.

Why can't you take a hot bath with the bracelet?

High water temperature can cause steam to infiltrate the bracelet. As the temperature drops, steam condenses into liquid droplets, potentially causing short circuits and damaging the bracelet.

Precautions for Correct Disposal

The symbol [Recycling Symbol: Crossed-out wheelie bin] indicates that waste must be disposed of in separate collection and not with urban waste. Users must take the product to special "separate waste collection centers" provided by local government or return it to the retailer when purchasing a new product. Proper collection, treatment, recycling, and disposal promote the use of recycled materials and minimize negative environmental and health effects. Illegal disposal incurs administrative penalties.
