Installation
Useful Instruction for Transport
To prevent oil in the hermetic compressor from flowing into the cooling circuit, always carry, store, and handle the machine in a vertical position, following packaging instructions.
If the machine was accidentally placed in a non-vertical position during transport, keep it upright for approximately 30 minutes before operating to allow oil to flow back into the compressor.
Unpacking
Remove wooden case board and plastic covering. Ensure the machine has not been damaged. Remove plastic film from stainless steel panels (if applicable).
Important: Keep packaging away from children as it can be dangerous. Dispose of packaging according to local regulations.
Positioning
- Do not install the machine in areas where water jets are used.
- Place the machine on a horizontal and sturdy surface.
- Install the machine in locations overseen by trained personnel.
- For good ventilation, maintain a distance of 20cm (7 inches) between the unit and walls or other objects. Increase this distance if obstacles are a heat source.
- When the dispenser is in place, press the brake on the wheels to keep it level (refer to FIG. 1).
Assembling
- Remove the bottom pallet from the machine.
- Place shelves onto the shelves.
Electrical Connection
Before inserting the plug, read the following precautions:
- Ensure the machine is properly connected to an efficient grounding system, compliant with current safety standards.
- Verify the voltage matches the "serial number" label on the chassis.
- The available current must be sufficient for the machine's maximum requirement.
- Use only approved multiple outlets compliant with current safety standards if necessary.
If in doubt, consult only specialized technicians. By law, the machine must always be grounded.
How to Use
Before use, clean the machine carefully as it comes into contact with food.
Functioning
- Ensure the main switch is in the [1] position, then plug in the machine.
- Before starting, ensure sliding doors are properly closed.
- Turn the main switch to [1]; the condensing unit will start automatically.
- For lighting, press the lighting button located on the thermostat.
- If condensation forms on front curved glasses, turn the switch to [1] for defogging.
