This guide provides instructions and information for the Logitech G920 Driving Force Racing Wheel.
What's in the box
The box contains the following items:
- 1. Racing wheel: The primary control unit.
- 2. Pedal unit: Includes clutch, brake, and throttle pedals.
- 3. Power adapter: For powering the racing wheel.
- 4. User documentation: This guide and other related materials.
Diagram Description: An illustration shows the contents of the box: the racing wheel, the pedal unit, the power adapter and cables, and a user documentation booklet.
Installation
Diagram Description: An illustration shows how to connect the power adapter and USB cable. The power adapter connects to the wheel and a power outlet. The USB cable connects the wheel to a system (indicated by a USB symbol). The text explains that the wheel will rotate fully to each side and then to the center to calibrate upon connection.
Connect the power adapter and USB cables as shown. Every time your Racing Wheel connects with your system, it will rotate fully to each side and then to the center to calibrate. Your wheel will be ready once this calibration is completed.
Mounting clamps
The G920 Driving Force Racing Wheel is equipped with a built-in clamping system for mounting to a table.
Diagram Description: Illustrations show the clamping mechanism. An arrow indicates pushing down on the clamp knob to lock or unlock. Another diagram shows rotating the clamp knob to tighten or loosen the clamp. Further illustrations show how to remove clamp extenders for thicker tables.
Push down and rotate clamp knobs to lock or unlock. Rotate clamp knobs to tighten or loosen clamps.
Note: Clamp extenders should be removed for attachment to thicker tables.

- 2. Directional pad
- 3. View button
- 4. Left stick button
- 5. Right bumper
- 6. A, B, X, Y buttons

Connections and mount points
Diagram Description: An illustration of the underside of the racing wheel shows various connection points and mounting options:
- 1. Mounting clamps: For securing the wheel to a surface.
- 2. Cable management cleat: Helps organize cables.
- 3. Optional shifter connection (DB-9 male): For connecting a separate shifter accessory.
- 4. USB cable: Connects the wheel to the gaming system or PC.
- 5. Pedal unit connection (DB-9 female): Connects the pedal unit to the wheel.
- 6. Power connection: For the power adapter.
- 7. Bolt mounting points (uses M6X1 bolts): For alternative secure mounting.
Optimal cable routing: The diagram illustrates how to route cables through internal and external channels for neatness.
USB and pedal cables (1, 2) should be routed through inner channels. Power and optional shifter cables (3, 4) should be routed through outer channels. Cables may be wrapped multiple times around the cable management cleat to take in slack.
Force feedback
Diagram Description: Illustrations show the racing wheel rotating with arrows indicating force feedback effects. A close-up view shows internal components related to force feedback.
Your Racing Wheel contains dual motors that will provide force feedback with supported games and systems.
Note: Your racing wheel has an overheat protection circuit safeguard to protect it under high-temperature operating conditions. In rare instances, force feedback features may shut down during use while controls continue to operate. If this occurs, allow the wheel to cool down and power it down by unplugging it. If this occurs frequently, contact product support.
Pedal unit
Diagram Description: An illustration of the pedal unit shows numbered components:
- 1. Clutch pedal
- 2. Brake pedal
- 3. Throttle pedal
- 4. Textured heel rest
- 5. Bolt mounting points (uses M6X1 bolts): For securing the pedal unit.
- 6. Patented carpet grip system: Helps prevent the pedals from sliding on carpets.
- 7. Carpet grip release clip: Used to release the carpet grip system. Push towards the rear or pedal unit to release.
- 8. Change pedal face position: Allows adjustment of pedal placement (requires a 2.5mm hex key).
