Tools Required: Screwdriver ?️, Drill (with 1/4" or 6mm bit), Measuring tape.
Choosing the Installation Location
Select a location that is:
- Not near an "EXIT" sign ❌.
- In a well-ventilated area.
- Suitable for the environment, typically a bathroom or washroom.
Recommended environmental conditions: 20-35°C temperature and 40-60% relative humidity (rH).
Mounting the Dispenser
Ensure the dispenser is mounted in an upright position ⬆️ for proper functioning.
Method 1 (Alternative):
- Clean the wall surface.
- Open the dispenser using the key ?.
- Mount the dispenser to the wall using appropriate screws and wall plugs.
Method 2 (Alternative):
- Use a mounting template to mark screw positions.
- Drill holes and insert wall plugs.
- Secure the dispenser to the wall using screws.
Note: Mounting hole spacing is approximately 77 mm.
Installing Batteries
Open the battery compartment. Insert 2 x AA LR6 batteries ?, ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment.
Inserting the Air Freshener Refill
Open the dispenser using the key ?. Insert the air freshener refill into the designated slot. You should hear a "CLICK" when it is properly seated. Ensure the dispenser is upright before inserting the refill.
Setting the Interval and Operation
The dispenser has an adjustable interval setting, typically controlled by a dial or switch. Common intervals are 30, 60, or 90 minutes ⏱️.
- Locate the interval adjustment dial/switch.
- Select your desired interval (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 minutes).
- Ensure the unit is switched ON.
Refill Status Indicators
The dispenser may feature indicator lights ? to show the status of the refill:
- Green Light (?): Refill is active and functioning normally.
- Orange Light (?): Refill is low.
- Red Light (?): Refill is empty or needs replacement.
Usage and Maintenance
Cleaning Instructions
- Use mild cleaners.
- Wipe with a cloth using soap and water.
- Do not use abrasives.
- The dispenser is not dishwasher safe.
