Mounting Options
The BUSTER 800 can be mounted in several ways:
Helmet Mounting
Variant 1: Single Velcro Strap
Optimal for helmets with parallel ventilation openings. Secure the light using one Velcro strap through the openings.
Variant 2: Two Velcro Straps
Alternative for helmets with ventilation openings positioned as shown. Use two Velcro straps for a secure fit.

Handlebar Mounting (Screw Bracket)
Use the provided screw bracket to attach the light to your handlebar. Adjust the light's position to avoid dazzling other road users. Ensure the light is securely attached and the beam is unobstructed.
SIGMA Tip: Tighten the screw just enough to allow adjustment during riding without tools.

The light's position can be adjusted 360°.
An adapter for action camera holders is also available.
Operation and Modes
The BUSTER 800 features multiple lighting modes and customizable profiles.
Button Functions
- ON/OFF: Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn the light on or off.
- Mode Selection: Short press the button to cycle through modes (HIGH, MID, LOW, NIGHT FLASHING, DAY FLASHING).
- Profile Selection: With the light off, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds to enter profile selection mode. The light will blink to indicate the current profile (1 blink for Profile 1, 2 blinks for Profile 2, etc.). Press the ON/OFF button once to select the desired profile. The selection is confirmed by four short flashes.
- Reset Profile: To reset to Profile 1, follow the profile selection procedure and select Profile 1 (one blink).

Mode Memory
The light remembers the last used mode when turned off and on again.
Thermal Protection
The light is adequately cooled during operation. If the temperature exceeds +60°C ?️, it will automatically switch to the next lower brightness mode to prevent overheating.
Battery and Charging
The BUSTER 800 is powered by a built-in 3.7V, 3500 mAh battery ?.
Charging
Charge the light using a USB-C cable (charger not included). Charging time is approximately 4 hours at 5V/1.2A. Charge only at room temperature (+10°C to +45°C). Ensure the red-marked seal is properly closed after charging.

Battery Status Indicator
In the off state, a short press of the button shows the current battery level:
- Green LED: Battery level is above 20%.
- Red LED: Battery level is below 20%.
- Blinking Red LED: Critically low battery. The light will turn off automatically after approximately 45 minutes of blinking.
