SEC 1. DISASSEMBLY/PART NUMBER INFORMATION
1-1. TABLE-TOP STAND ASSEMBLY REMOVAL
Procedure:
- Remove 4 screws from the Table-Top Stand Assembly.
- Lift the TV set up to detach it from the Table-Top Stand Assembly.
- Gently place the TV set face down onto a soft cloth.
Notes on Components:
- Components not identified by a part number or description are not stocked as they are seldom required for routine service.
- Components identified by shading and a mark (▲) are critical for safety and must be replaced only with the specified part number.
- Component parts of an assembly are indicated by reference numbers in the far right column of the parts list and within dotted lines in the diagram.
- Components identified by a red outline and a mark contain confidential information. Specific instructions must be adhered to whenever these components are repaired and/or replaced. Refer to Appendix A: Encryption Key Components in the back of this manual.
- Items marked with an asterisk (*) are not stocked and may require some delay when ordering.
- For product protection and safety reasons, Sony strongly recommends using the screws provided with the TV.
- Caution: These screws cannot be used to secure the TV to Wall Mount Brackets.
