Fix the backplate on the wall using wall mounting screws. Attach the device to the backplate. Fasten the device to the backplate with a security screw. 1 2 1.5m 3 4 2 3 Device Installation Install on the barrier gate Please thread the wire through the bracket before installation. Drill a hole on the barrier gate, insert the bracket into the hole and fix it with a nut. The NO LOCK (normally unlocked when power-on) is connected with 'NO' and 'COM' terminals, and the NC LOCK (normally locked when power-on) is connected with 'NC' and 'COM' terminals. An example is shown below: ZKBioSecurity Default IP address: 192.168.1.201 Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0 IP address: 192.168.1.130 Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0 Note: In LAN, IP addresses of the server (PC) and the device must be in the same network segment when connecting to ZKBioSecurity software. Click on [Comm.] > [Ethernet] > [IP Address], input the IP address and click on [OK]. 7 12 UserRegistration When there is no super administrator set in the device, click on to enter the menu. After setting the super administrator, the system will request for the administrator's verification before entering the menu. For the security purpose, it is recommended to register a super administrator at the first time you use the device. Method1: Register on the device Clickon> [User Mgt.] > [New User] to register a new user. Menu option on the device. 1. Click [Access] > [Access Device] > [Device] > [Search Device] to search the device on the software. When an appropriate server address and port is set on the device, the searched devices are displayed automatically. [Clear Data in the Device when Adding] will delete data in the device (except event record), please use with caution! Step 4 OK Cancel 2. Click [Add] in operation column, a new window will pop-up. Select Icon type, Area, and Add to Level from each dropdowns and click [OK] to add the device. 3. Click [Personnel] > [Person] > [New] and fill in all the required fields to register a new users in the software. 4. Click [Access] > [Device] > [Device Control] > [Synchronize All Data to Devices] to synchronize all the data to the device including the new users. For more details, please refer to the ZKBioSecurity User Manual. 9 Method 3: Register on the phone 1. Click [Personnel] > [Parameters], input `'http://Server address: Port'' in the QR Code UGL bar. The software will automatically generate a QR code. Scan the QR code or login onto `'http://Server address: Port/app/v1/adreg''by the mobile phone to register users. If the TCP/IP communication of the device is successful, the icon will be displayed in the upper right corner of the standby interface. Clickon > [Comm.] > [Cloud Server Setting] to set the server address and server port,that is, the IP address and port number of the server after the software is installed. The user can select accept or decline the call. After the user accepting, it will enter the video door phone interface. 1. On the device, click on > [System] > [Video Intercom Parameters] > [QR Code Binding]. 2. Download and install the ZSmart APP on the phone, open the APP and add the device by scanning the QRcode. In [System] > [Basic Management] > [Parameters] of ZKBioSecurity software, set Enable QR Code to"Yes", and select the QR code status according to the actual situation. 2. On the server, choose [System] > [Authority Management] > [Client Register] to add a registered App client. 3. Open the APP, enter the IP address or domain name of the server, and its port number, scan the Register QR-code. After the connection is successful, tap on Employee to switch to the Employee Login screen. Enter the Employee ID and Password (Default: 123456) to login. 4. Tap [Mobile Credential] on the APP, and a QR code will appear. Place the phone screen right in front of the device QR code scanner. For details, please refer to the ProFace x (DS) User Manual. Note: 1. Place your phone within 15-50cm of the device (distance depends on the size of the phone screen and the density of the QR code). Do not block the camera and the QR code. 2.
