Al Azhar Kindergarten

Like Disneyland

Inspired by Grand Place in Brussels Belgium, where music is played with lighting, the owner of Al Azhar Kindergarten wanted to give students the feeling of playing in Disneyland while studying at school. Dynamic light shows also entertain the small town of Sragen Central Java, just like buildings do big cities.

Theatrical Lighting

The specific requirement of this project was to have theatrical lighting – a harmony of lighting and music choreography – that was made possible by Signify's Philips Uni façade portfolio combined with a Pharos Lighting Control.

❝We're very happy and satisfied with the result. The opening ceremony of the school, which featured six theatrical lighting shows, became the talk of the town. The owner now has further plans to build another site with the same concept in the future.❞
