Bluetooth Connection & Pairing
Mouse Connection
- Turn the power switch to "ON".
- Press the channel switch button until the indicator light for the desired channel (01, 02, or 03) is on.
- Long press the selected channel switch button for 3-5 seconds until the indicator light flashes quickly, indicating the mouse is in Bluetooth pairing mode.
- On your device (computer, tablet, etc.), turn on Bluetooth settings. Search for and select "Seenda COS500", then start Bluetooth pairing until the connection is completed.
- After connecting multiple devices, short press the channel switch button on the bottom of the mouse to easily switch between them.
Keyboard Connection
- Turn the power switch to "ON".
- Press the channel button until the indicator light for the desired channel is on.

Multimedia Function Keys (macOS/iOS)
The keyboard includes multimedia function keys. The FN function can be toggled by pressing Fn + Esc
or the Fn lock
button. This enables a cyclic mode for F1-F12 and multimedia functions.

Charging Guide
- When the battery is low, the low battery indicator light on the keyboard or mouse will flash rapidly.
- Insert the Type-C cable into the mouse or keyboard and the USB-A end into a computer or power adapter to charge. The red light stays on while charging.
- A full charging cycle typically takes 2 to 3 hours. The charging indicator light turns green when the keyboard and mouse are fully charged.

Sleep Mode
1. When the keyboard/mouse is inactive for 60 minutes, it automatically enters sleep mode to save power. 2. To wake up the device, press any key. It will resume operation within 3-5 seconds. 3. The channel indicator light will illuminate upon waking.
Memory Function
The keyboard/mouse has a memory function. When a channel is connected normally, the device will default to that channel after being turned off and then back on. The corresponding channel indicator light will illuminate.

- Delete the Bluetooth name ("Seenda COS500") from your device's Bluetooth connection list. Restart your device and re-pair the keyboard/mouse following the manual's steps.

Keyboard/mouse won't turn on or stops working?
- The rated charging voltage is 5V. Using the computer's USB port for charging is recommended.
- Try a different Type-C cable to rule out a cable issue.
- If the power indicator does not light up at all, contact customer service.
Keys/mouse buttons stop working or feel sticky?
- The keyboard/mouse is not waterproof. Avoid contact with water, drinks, or other liquids. If liquid enters, turn the device upside down and clean it.
- Avoid eating over the keyboard/mouse, as food crumbs are a common cause. Clean debris with compressed air, then wipe with a swab dipped in ethanol or isopropyl alcohol.
