1. MOQ policy
No MOQ limitation for the standard products, but the unit price is different; bigger quantity means better price. For customized production, discuss the MOQ with the sales representative directly.
2. Sample Availability & Policy
After customers confirm the specification, Aocom provides samples for testing and qualification. All samples should be paid before shipment; the sample price is higher than the mass order price. When a mass order is placed, the sample cost can be returned, or more products can be sent with the shipments.
3. Warranty
Aocom's product warranty is typically 12+1 months from shipment. Some designated models may have up to 24 months warranty. Any product with a delivery failure within 30 days is considered an invalid delivery (DOA). DOA products receive priority for replacement and are shipped by courier.
