UNDER REAR SEAT SUBWOOFER ENCLOSURE PARTS LIST PARTS LIST IMAGES RZ5-BS10 Enclosure Bracket Pack (B-MBP3009) 2-PIN Subwoofer Extension Harness (8FT) [B-H2702] M6x16, Flanged Reduced Head Screws and Washers, 4 pack (x2) [B-HPM616HH-4] UNDER REAR SEAT SUBWOOFER ENCLOSURE ASSEMBLY TOOLS NEEDED FOR INSTALLATION - 8mm Wrench - Phillips Screw Driver Attach the 4 brackets to the subwoofer enclosure using the (8) M6x16 flanged screws and washers. Do not fully tighten the screws yet. 2 UNDER REAR SEAT SUBWOOFER ENCLOSURE INSTALLATION TOOLS NEEDED FOR INSTALLATION - T40 Torx Driver - 13mm &15mm Socket Wrench A A. Depress the lever behind the headrest to release the backrest. B B. Detach seat belts to gain access to the bottom seat tray. C1 C C2 C. Twist the spring clips on the firewall to remove the top and bottom firewall panels. D D. Remove the screws holding the bottom seat tray using a T40 Torx driver. E E. Remove the (2) seat bolts using a 13mm socket and box wrench. Remove the seat bottom. Repeat the process on the other seat bottom. 3 UNDER REAR SEAT SUBWOOFER ENCLOSURE INSTALLATION F F F. Remove the H bracket using a 15mm socket and box wrench. G G1 G. There is a heat shield bolted to the H bracket. Some models use (2) T40 Torx screws [G] and some use (2) 10mm hex head screws [G1] to secure the heat shield. Remove these screws to release the H bracket. H H. Once the H bracket has been removed, slide the enclosure under the front seat bracket first then the back will drop into place. Slightly wiggle the enclosure until the brackets line up with the factory bracket holes. Secure using the factory bolts. Do not tighten yet. 4 I I. Keep the subwoofer enlcosure cable visible for easy access during wiring connection. 4 UNDER REAR SEAT SUBWOOFER ENCLOSURE INSTALLATION J K K J. Secure the enclosure brackets using the M6x16mm screws. Only hand K. Once all bracket screws are installed, tighten the screws using a 15mm tighten each one until all the screws are aligned to the inserts. and 8mm socket and/or box wrench. Re-install the H bracket, heat shield, bottom seat tray, seats and seat belts by reversing the installation process. Plug in the RZ5-BS10U to the B-H3704 2-pin audio, sub extension harness.
