Cautions

How to Charge?

Charge by USB-C Cable

Place earbuds into the charging case properly. Use the included USB-C charging cable to connect the charging case to a power supply with a 5V/1A adapter (not included). Charging will begin.

The USB-C charging cable is included in the packaging.

Wireless Charging

Place the charging case on a wireless charging pad (QI certified recommended). The case will start charging. If charging does not begin, reposition the case on the pad.

Wireless charging pad is sold separately.

If an earbud's battery is lower than 10%, you will hear voice prompts "battery low" four times, followed by "power off" in turns. A fully charged charging case can recharge both earbuds for 5-6 times.

LED Power Display

The charging case LED display shows the remaining battery percentage from 0-100%. "0" indicates the case needs charging, while "100" means it is fully charged. When earbuds are charging within the case, the case LEDs will flash down and up, stopping when earbuds are fully charged. The earbud's LED light is red when charging and turns off when fully charged.

How to Power On/Off & Pair?

Automatically Power On/Off & Pairing

Ensure earbuds and charging case have power.

  1. Take earbuds out of the charging case; they will auto power on and enter pairing mode.
  2. For first-time pairing: Activate Bluetooth on your device, search for and connect to "C17". For subsequent use, earbuds will automatically connect to your last paired device when taken out.
  3. If earbuds are not connected to a device for over 5 minutes, they will power off automatically.
  4. Place earbuds back into the charging case; they will disconnect and power off automatically.

Manually Power On/Off

If earbuds are out of the charging case and powered off, click and hold both earbuds for 2 seconds to power them on. To power off manually, disconnect Bluetooth from your device, then click and hold either earbud for 5 seconds; both earbuds will power off simultaneously.

Pair with Other Device

The C17 headphones automatically connect to the last paired device. To pair with a new device:

  1. Disconnect "C17" from the previous device.
  2. Search for and connect to "C17" on the new device.

Mono Mode (Single Earbud Use)

You can use one earbud alone by leaving the other in the charging case. To switch from dual mode, place one earbud in the case. Alternatively, take only one earbud out of the case and search for "C17" on your device to connect in mono mode.

Factory Restore Setting

When to Reset?

How to Reset?

  1. Delete the "C17" record from your device's Bluetooth menu and deactivate Bluetooth.
  2. Quick-click on both earbuds 5 times simultaneously to clear pairing records. (During this process, both earbuds' LEDs will flash Red & Blue once, then turn solid Red for 2 seconds.)
  3. Place both earbuds into the charging case and charge for 1 minute.
  4. Remove the earbuds to turn them on, activate Bluetooth on your device, and select "C17" to connect.

If the issue persists, repeat the reset steps.

How to Sync Volume on Android?

To prevent potential hearing damage, Android limits the maximum volume for Bluetooth audio devices. If you find the volume too low, you can enable 'Absolute Volume' in Developer Options to control the volume to the full capabilities of your Bluetooth earphones.

Finding Build Number

Enable Developer Options

Locate the Build Number and tap it approximately 7 times in succession. You may need to enter your PIN for verification. A message "You are now a developer" will appear. Return to the Settings menu; Developer Options will be listed as an entry. At the top of the Developer Options screen, you can toggle options.

Enable Absolute Volume

Scroll down to the Networking section. Enable (toggle ON) the Absolute Volume option. Note: The appearance and location of these options may vary depending on your device model.
