Before Use

STOP: Before using your new product, please read these instructions to prevent any damage. Do not plug your power cord in until all other devices have been connected.

Installing the Stands or a Wall Mount

Place your TV face-down on a cushioned, clean surface.

Stands

1. Align the TV stand screw holes with the holes on your TV's bottom.
2. Use a Phillips screwdriver and the two provided screws to secure the stands to your TV.

Wall Mount

Before you mount your TV, make sure that:

• You remove the stands.
• The wall-mount bracket supports the weight of your TV.

See the instructions that came with your wall mount for more information about how to correctly mount your TV.

WARNING: Your TV has four VESA mounting holes on the back. You must secure a wall-mount bracket to all four holes. If you do not use all four holes, your TV may fail and cause property damage or personal injury.

Note: Wall-mount screws are not included.

VESA Mounting Pattern

• 75 × 75 mm: Screws: type M4, 10 mm minimum length depending on the wall-mount.
• 100 × 100 mm: Screws: type M4, 10 mm minimum length depending on the wall-mount.

Features

• Remote control sensor: [Sensor icon]
• Power/Input button: Press to turn your TV on or off manually. When your TV is on, a short press changes inputs and a long press turns off your TV.

Making Connections

• HDMI (best video quality): Connect to HDMI1 (ARC) or HDMI2 ports.
• AV (good video quality): Connect to the AV IN ports (Video, L-Audio, R).
• Coaxial (good video quality): Connect an antenna to access live over-the-air TV.

Digital Audio Options

You can use the DIGITAL COAXIAL OUTPUT jack or the HDMI1 (ARC) jack. If you need to change the digital audio format, from your TV's Audio menu, select Audio Format/Audio Delay, then press ENTER. Set Audio Format to PCM.

Turning On Your TV

1. Plug the power cord into a power outlet. [Power outlet icon]
2. Remove the remote control cover and install the batteries. [Battery insertion diagram]
3. Press the power button on your remote. [Power button icon]
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Find Your User Guide Online

1. Go to www.insigniaproducts.com.
2. Use the search bar to find NS-19D310NA21, NS-24D310NA21, or NS-24D310CA21.
3. Select Support & Downloads.
4. Next to User Guide, select the language you want.

Using Your Remote Control

• Power: Turns your TV on or off.
• Numbers: Enter channel numbers or the parental controls password.
• [Sub-channel icon]: Enters a digital sub-channel number (for example 4.1).
• MENU: Opens the TV menu.
• ENTER: Confirms selections or changes.
• EXIT: Closes the TV menu.
• ACC: Opens the Accessibility menu.
• Volume: Changes the volume.
• ASPECT: Changes how the picture is displayed on the screen.
• SLEEP: Sets the sleep timer.
• Media controls: INlink: Control HDMI-CEC devices connected to your TV. USB: Control the photo slideshow.
• INPUT: Opens the INPUT SOURCE list (TV, HDMI1, HDMI2, AV, USB(Photos)).
• Recall: Returns to the previous channel.
• FAVORITE: Opens the Favorite Channel List.
• Arrows: Navigate in on-screen menus.
• INFO*: Opens a TV status banner.
• CC: Turns closed captioning on or off.
• MUTE: Mutes the sound.
• Channel: Changes the TV channels.
• GAME: Adjusts the picture for the ultimate gaming experience.
• PICTURE: Selects the video mode.
• AUDIO: Selects the audio mode.
