General Assembly Advice

[tools] Tools required: Screwdriver, Hammer.

[help] Two people recommended for assembly.

[do not] Ensure correct orientation of parts.

Step 1

Insert 8 dowels (Part #101350) into the designated holes on four rectangular blocks.

Step 2

Attach two metal bars (Part #111631) to the wooden blocks using 8 screws (Part #147553) and a hex key [hex key]. Ensure the blocks are oriented correctly as shown.

Step 3

Attach two support brackets (Part #10036350) to the inside of each side rail using 4 screws (Part #100358) per bracket.

Step 4

Attach two metal bars (Part #130445) to the support brackets on the side rails using 4 screws (Part #100358) per bar.

Step 5

Attach two corner brackets (Part #191315) to the ends of each side rail using 2 screws (Part #117326) per bracket.

Step 6

Attach the left (L) and right (R) side frame pieces to the main structure using 2 large screws (Part #147553) per side, with a hex key [hex key].

Step 7

Attach the headboard to the frame using 2 large screws (Part #147553) with a hex key [hex key].

Step 8

Screw in the 4 bed legs (Part #121303) into the designated mounting points at the bottom of the frame.

Step 9

Attach the hexagonal connector plate (Part #10050372) to the underside of the bed frame using 4 screws (Part #109539).

Step 10

With assistance [help], carefully turn the assembled bed frame upright.

Step 11

Attach two mounting brackets (Part #10040437) to the inside of the side rails using 2 screws (Part #109539) per bracket.

Step 12

Insert the metal bar (Part #111631) into the mounting brackets attached in the previous step.

Step 13

Attach the hexagonal connector plate (Part #10050372) to the top of the two wooden posts using 2 screws (Part #109539) per post.

Step 14

Attach the assembled wooden posts to the bed frame using 2 large screws (Part #104321) per post, with a hex key [hex key].

Step 15

Attach the remaining two mounting brackets (Part #10040437) to the headboard and footboard ends of the frame using 2 screws (Part #109539) per bracket.
