Safety Precautions
- Before installation, verify the grid is single-phase 230V ±10% (50 Hz). Failure to do so may render the unit unusable.
- The charging device features user network circuit load capacity detection. If the electric grid circuit cannot support the charging power, the device will automatically reduce charging power. This helps prevent tripping caused by grid voltage instability, circuit aging, or other issues, and reduces safety risks. Reduced charging power during use is a normal phenomenon.
- This equipment includes over-voltage, under-voltage, and overload protection. If the grid voltage remains abnormal after the device adjusts charging power, it will automatically shut down and stop charging.
- Circuit breakers must be installed for the total input of the front-end equipment.
- Do not use flammable, explosive, combustible materials, chemicals, combustible gas, or other dangerous goods near the charging pile.
- Keep the charging point dry and clean. If dirt is present, wipe with a clean, dry cloth. Do not touch the point pin.
- For hybrid cars, recharge only after the engine is turned off. Driving the vehicle while charging is prohibited.
- Keep children away from the charging process to prevent harm.
- Exercise caution when charging during rain, thunder, or adverse weather.
- It is strictly prohibited to use a charging cable that is broken, worn, or exposed. Do not use a charging pile that is obviously knocked down or damaged. If such conditions are observed, move away from the charging post immediately and contact staff.
- In case of fire, electric shock, or other abnormal situations during charging, press the stop button immediately to ensure personal safety.
- Do not attempt to remove, maintain, or modify the charging pile. Improper use may cause damage, leakage, or other issues.
