I. Product Features
- Charge by USB cable. Fully charge the lock before first use.
- The smart lock can be unlocked by any fingerprints in factory mode.
- Supports 'eSmartLock' App and fingerprint unlocking.
- Supports 1 administrator account and 500+ sub-accounts.
- Supports up to 100 fingerprints.
- Unbinding the smart lock restores it to factory mode and deletes all settings.
- Fully charging time: 120 minutes. Standby time: 2 years.

III. App & Smart Lock Configuration
A. App Installation
Search for "eSmartLock" on Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS) and install it on your smartphone.
B. Register & Log in
Log in to eSmartLock using your registered account. (Refer to Fig. 1-2 for app interface examples).
C. App Permission Settings
- The lock connects via Bluetooth (BT), so ensure your smartphone's BT is turned on. (Refer to Fig. 3).
- For Android phones, location permission is required for proper BT functionality.
D. Add Smart Lock
- Ensure the smart lock is in a working status (touch the fingerprint/touch sensor until the blue light flashes).
- Open the eSmartLock app, click the '+' icon in the upper right corner, and select "Add device". The scanned smart lock will appear in the list. Click the smart lock to add it. (Refer to Fig. 4-6).
E. Connect Smart Lock
- Ensure the smart lock is in a working status (touch the sensor until the blue light flashes).
- In the app's main interface, click "Connect" when the blue light is flashing. The blue light will remain on after a successful connection. The smart lock enters sleep mode and disconnects BT automatically after 1 minute of inactivity.
F. Authorization Management
- Add sub-accounts via "Account Sharing" or "Scan QR Code to Share". Scanning a QR code allows other accounts to add the smart lock via BT and be automatically added to the unauthorized list. (Refer to Fig. 7).
- Authorize unlocking periods for sub-accounts/scan accounts. Click the time to set a schedule. (Refer to Fig. 8-9).
- To delete an authorized user, click the "X" icon to the right of their name.
G. Unlock Method
- APP Connect with Smart Lock: Refer to section "E. Connect Smart Lock".
- Unlock by Admin Account: Click the "Unlock" button in the app. (Refer to Fig. 10).
- Unlock by Authorized Account: Click "Unlock" within the permitted time frame. (Refer to Fig. 11). If outside the unlocking period, request authorization from an administrator account. (Refer to Fig. 12).
- Unlock by Fingerprint: Press the fingerprint sensor with a registered fingerprint. (Refer to section "I. Fingerprint Management").
H. Unlock Record
- APP Connect with Smart Lock: Refer to section "E. Connect Smart Lock".
- Check Unlock Record:
- Click "BT unlock record" to view user, unlock time, and method. (Refer to Fig. 13).
- Click "Fingerprint unlock Record" to check records of users who unlocked with fingerprints. (Refer to Fig. 14).
I. Fingerprint Management
A. Factory Mode:
Use any fingerprint to unlock the lock; the blue indicator light will turn on.
B. Register Fingerprints:
- Connect the app with the lock (Refer to section 'E. Connect smart lock').
- Wake up the lock and navigate to 'User Management' to add fingerprints.
- Click the '+' icon to enter the add fingerprint interface. (Refer to Fig. 15-17).
- Follow the on-screen prompts to input your fingerprints. Successful registration is indicated by a green light flash. (Refer to Fig. 18).
C. Modify Fingerprint:
Enter the fingerprint name to modify it and click "Modify" for successful changes. (Refer to Fig. 19).
D. Delete Fingerprint:
Use the "X" icon in the upper right corner to delete a fingerprint.
Note on Fingerprint-Only Unlock:
If you intend to use only fingerprints for unlocking, register fingerprints as follows: The 1st and 2nd fingerprints are administrators; the 3rd to 100th are general users.
- Before app setup, press and hold the fingerprint sensor for 8 seconds until the blue light is on. Then, press the same fingerprint 5 times; the green indicator light will flash each time, indicating successful administrator fingerprint registration.
- To register fingerprints 3-100, an administrator's fingerprint must be used to press and hold the sensor for 8 seconds until the blue light is constantly on. Then, press the fingerprint 5 times for registration, indicated by a flashing green light.
- Important Note: In this fingerprint-only mode, the Bluetooth APP function is unavailable. To restore Bluetooth APP functionality, delete the administrator fingerprint. Refer to section 'J Resetting. 2' for details.
J. Resetting
1. Reset the Lock
Click 'Unbind smart lock' from the administrator account. This action deletes all settings and restores the lock to factory settings. (Refer to Fig. 10).
2. Reset Fingerprint Settings by Deleting Administrator Fingerprint
Use an administrator's fingerprint to long-press the fingerprint sensor until the blue light appears and turns red. Lift the fingerprint and press it again. A green light indicates that all fingerprints have been successfully deleted, and factory settings are restored. The lock can then be set up via the APP.
