Precautions

• Wear the band about one finger's width above the wrist bone. Too loose a fit can affect heart rate accuracy.
• Keep your wrist still when measuring heart rate.
• The band has 5 ATM water resistance (depth of 50 meters). It can be worn in pools, while swimming near the shore, or during other shallow-water activities. It cannot be used in hot showers, saunas, or while scuba diving. Avoid direct water jets during water sports. Water resistance is not permanent and may decrease over time.
• The band's touchscreen does not support underwater operation. If the band comes into contact with water, wipe off any remaining water with a soft cloth before further use.
• For daily use, do not wear the band too tightly and keep the contact area dry. Clean the band regularly with water.
• If redness or swelling appears on the skin where the product touches, stop using the product immediately and seek medical attention.
• This band is not a medical device. Data or information provided by the band should not be used as a basis for diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of diseases.
• This product is not a toy and contains small parts. Keep out of reach of children to prevent choking or other dangerous situations caused by accidental ingestion of small parts.
• The lithium battery in this band cannot be removed. Do not attempt to replace the battery yourself to avoid damage to the battery or band. Using the wrong type of battery poses an explosion risk. Do not dispose of used batteries with household waste. Dispose of this band and used batteries in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• Do not disassemble, deform, subject to impact, or incinerate the battery. If any swelling occurs, stop using the product immediately. Do not expose it to direct sunlight, fire, or environments with extreme ambient temperatures.
• If the band is not planned for use for an extended period, it is recommended to turn it off and store it. To prevent damage caused by excessive battery discharge, fully charge the band every 6 months.
• The lithium battery in this band cannot be removed. Do not replace the battery yourself.
• Do not place the battery in fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crush or cut it, as this could lead to an explosion.
• Leaving the battery in an extremely high-temperature environment could lead to an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
• Exposure of the battery to extremely low air pressure may cause an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
• When the product is in use, keep its indicator away from the eyes of children and animals.

Disposal and Recycling Information (WEEE)

All products marked with this symbol are waste electrical and electronic equipment that should not be mixed with unsorted household waste. Instead, you should protect human health and the environment by handing over your equipment to designated collection points for the recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment, established by the government or local authorities.

Important Water Resistance Information

The water resistance of the device is not constant and may decrease over time. Activities that may affect the device's water resistance include:

• Impact on a hard surface or other shocks.
• Contact with soap or soapy water (e.g., bathing or showering).
• Contact with perfumes, solvents, cleaning agents, acids, acidic foods, insect repellents, cosmetic preparations, sunscreen, oils, or hair dyes.
• Exposure of the device to fast-moving water (e.g., water skiing, jumping into water, ...).
• Wearing the device in steamy environments like saunas.

Even with strict adherence to the above instructions, unintended contact with soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, perfume, solvents, cleaning agents, acids or acidic foods, insect repellents, sunscreen, oils, hair dyes, or any other substance besides water may occur. Chemicals contained in these products could adversely affect the sealing elements and acoustic membranes, causing irreversible damage to these protections, for which the seller assumes no responsibility.

Warranty Information

As a Xiaomi product user, you are entitled to additional warranties under certain conditions. Xiaomi offers specific consumer warranties as benefits provided in addition to the statutory warranties mandated by consumer protection laws applicable in your country, not in lieu of them. Except where prohibited by law or otherwise promised by Xiaomi, after-sales services are limited to the country or region of original purchase. Within the scope of the consumer warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Xiaomi will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace your product, or refund you the amount paid for it. Normal wear and tear, force majeure, misuse, or damage caused by negligence or user error are not covered by the warranty.

The contact person for after-sales service may be any person in Xiaomi's authorized service network, authorized Xiaomi distributors, or the end retailer who sold you the products. If in doubt, please contact the designated Xiaomi representative.

Current warranties do not apply to Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Products that have not been duly imported and/or manufactured by Xiaomi and/or have not been duly procured from Xiaomi or an official Xiaomi product retailer are not covered by existing warranties. Under applicable laws, you may obtain warranties from the unofficial retailer who sold the product. Xiaomi therefore urges you to contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product.
