Important Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before installation and use.
- Keep this manual for future reference.
- Do not modify the appliance or its electrical components.
- Ensure proper ventilation in the kitchen, especially when using other fuel-burning appliances.
- Never use the hood as a support surface.
- Do not flambé or use open flames under the hood.
- Always wear protective gloves during installation and maintenance.
- Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before cleaning or maintenance.

- Do not operate the hood without the grease filter properly installed.
- Regularly clean the hood and replace filters as recommended to prevent fire hazards.
- Use only the specified LED lamps for lighting.
Installation
- Ensure the installation area is suitable for the hood's dimensions.
- Follow the provided diagrams for mounting and electrical connections.
- Maintain minimum distances from the cooking surface as specified (50cm for electric, 65cm for gas).
- Use appropriate screws and wall plugs for secure mounting.
- Ensure electrical connections comply with local regulations.
- For exhaust version, a duct pipe is required (not supplied) and should be installed with a slight upward slope.
- For recirculation version, a charcoal filter is required (sold separately).
Operation
- The control panel consists of: A - Light button, B - Power off button, C - Speed level buttons.
- Switch on the hood 5 minutes before cooking and leave it running for 15 minutes after.
- Adjust speed levels according to the amount of smoke and steam.
- Use boost speed only when necessary.
Maintenance and Cleaning
- Clean the interior and exterior of the hood regularly with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
- Clean the metal grease filter monthly by hand or in a dishwasher (low temperature, short cycle).
- Replace the synthetic grease filter every two months or when visibly dirty.
- Replace the charcoal filter every four months for recirculation models. Charcoal filters cannot be washed or regenerated.
- Replace LED lamps as needed using E14 LED 4Wx1 lamps.
Energy Saving Tips
- Operate the hood at minimum speed initially to control moisture and odors.
- Use higher speeds only when necessary.
- Keep filters clean for optimal efficiency.
