General Safety Warnings:
- This unit is designed for household use only.

Specific Safety Instructions for Charging This Unit:
- The unit is delivered partially charged; fully charge for at least 40 hours before first use.

Extension Cords:

Specific Safety Instructions for Jump Starters:
⚠️ WARNING: Use only for lead-acid batteries; do not use for dry-cell batteries. Risk of explosive gases; work in a well-ventilated area. Never jump-start a frozen battery. Keep away from moving parts, sparks, and flames. Never touch clamps together. Ensure correct polarity connection; reverse polarity will trigger an alarm. Disconnect negative cable first. Do not expose battery to fire or extreme heat.
⚠️ CAUTION: Vehicles with computerized systems may be damaged; consult the vehicle manual. Excessive cranking can damage the starter motor. Do not use on watercraft. Keep unit upright.
Specific Safety Instructions for Inverters:
⚠️ WARNING: Do not connect to AC distribution wiring. Not for ignition-protected areas. Do not immerse in water. Do not insert foreign objects. Do not operate near flammable materials. Do not expose to extreme heat.
⚠️ CAUTION: Disconnect appliance before repair. Use outdoor-rated extension cords for outdoor use. Do not operate while driving. Ensure adequate ventilation. Turn off when not in use. Not suitable for high-wattage, heat-producing appliances (hair dryers, microwaves), medical devices, or some laptops.
Specific Safety Instructions for USB Ports:
- Do not insert foreign objects.
- Do not attach USB hubs or more than one device per port.
- Do not exceed 3.1A (5V) per port.
- Some household USB electronics may not operate with this unit.
Specific Safety Instructions for Compressors:
⚠️ CAUTION: Never leave unattended. Do not operate continuously for more than 10 minutes to prevent overheating. Allow 30 minutes cooling time if needed for longer operation.
⚠️ WARNING: Burst hazard; follow inflation instructions carefully. Never exceed recommended pressure. Monitor pressure at all times.
Personal Safety:
- Have immediate assistance available when working with batteries.
- Remove metal jewelry.
- Do not wear vinyl clothing.
- Wear protective eyewear.
- Have fresh water and soap nearby for battery acid contact.
- First Aid:
- Skin: Rinse immediately with water, then wash with soap and water. Seek medical attention if irritation occurs.
- Eyes: Flush immediately with water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention.
- LCD Liquid Crystal: Wash skin with water, remove contaminated clothing. Flush eyes with clean water. If swallowed, rinse mouth, drink water, induce vomiting, seek medical attention.
Operating Instructions
Viewing Battery Status:
The backlit LCD screen displays the battery charge level via the Battery Status Icon (four solid bars for full, one for nearly empty, four blank for completely empty) and the Battery Voltage Indicator.
Charging/Recharging:
Initial Charge: Fully charge for 40 hours or until the Battery Status Icon shows 4 solid bars before first use.
Routine Charging: Recharge at least every 30 days and after each use to maintain battery health.
⚠️ CAUTION: Failure to keep the battery charged can cause permanent damage.
To Charge/Recharge using Built-in 120V AC Charger:
- Lift the protective cover of the built-in AC charger.
- Connect an extension cord (not included) to the unit and plug into a standard 120V AC wall outlet.
- The LCD screen will display charging status. The Battery Status Icon bars will fill from bottom to top.
- Charge for approximately 40 hours or until 4 solid bars are shown.
- Unplug the extension cord from the outlet and then from the unit.
Jump Starter:
⚠️ WARNING: Follow all jump starter safety instructions. Never touch clamps together. Ensure correct polarity.
Procedure:
- Turn off vehicle ignition and all accessories. Put vehicle in "park" and set the emergency brake.
- Ensure the Jump-Starter Power Button is OFF.
- Remove clamps from tabs. Connect the red clamp first, then the black clamp.
- For Negative-Grounded Systems (most common): Connect the positive (➕) red clamp to the vehicle battery's positive terminal. Connect the negative (➖) black clamp to the vehicle chassis or a solid, non-moving metal part away from the battery (e.g., engine block).
- For Positive-Grounded Systems: Connect the negative (➖) black clamp to the vehicle battery's negative terminal. Connect the positive (➕) red clamp to the vehicle chassis or a solid, non-moving metal part away from the battery.
- When clamps are connected properly, the LCD screen will display Battery Status, Voltage, Clamp Icons, and +/- signs.
- Turn the Jump-Starter Power Button ON. The Jump Starter Icon (⚡) will flash, indicating readiness.
- Crank the engine in 5-6 second bursts until it starts.
- Turn the Jump-Starter Power Button OFF.
- Disconnect the negative (➖) clamp first, then the positive (➕) clamp (except for positive-grounded systems).
Display Indications: The LCD screen shows specific icons and messages for correct connection, reverse polarity (❌ alarm sounds, icons flash), clamps touching (⚡ intermittent alarm), and overheating (? alarm sounds, jump starter icon flashes).
IMPORTANT: Always turn the unit off when not in use. Recharge fully after each use.
Area Light:
- Press the Area Light Power Button to turn the light ON.
- Press again to turn it OFF.
- The LCD screen will display Battery Status and Voltage when the light is on.
120 Volt AC Power Outlet:
This outlet provides up to 500W continuous power. It uses a modified sine wave output, suitable for most AC loads.
Protective Features: The inverter monitors and will shut down automatically for low/high battery voltage, overheating, or overload/short circuit conditions.
Using the 120V AC Outlet:
- Press the AC Power Button to turn the outlet ON. The LCD will display "AC".
- Insert the 120V AC plug of your appliance into the outlet.
- Switch on the appliance.
- Press the AC Power Button again to turn the outlet OFF.
Fault Conditions: If a fault occurs (low/high voltage, thermal, overload), the AC outlet will shut down automatically. The LCD will display fault indicators. Follow on-screen prompts and troubleshooting steps.
USB Ports:
The unit has three USB ports, each providing 3.1A (5V) for charging devices. They do not support data communication.
Using the USB Ports:
- Press the USB Power Button to turn the ports ON. The LCD will display Battery Status, Voltage, and the USB Icon (?).
- Plug your USB-powered device into a port.
- Press the USB Power Button again to turn the ports OFF.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Do not exceed 3.1A per port. Some USB electronics may not operate correctly. Monitor for fault conditions (low battery, overload, short circuit) indicated on the LCD.
Portable Compressor:
The built-in 12V DC compressor can inflate tires and inflatables up to 120 PSI.
⚠️ CAUTION: Do not operate continuously for more than 10 minutes to prevent overheating. Allow 30 minutes cooling time if needed.
Inflating Tires or Products With Valve Stems:
- Screw the Sure Fit® nozzle onto the valve stem.
- Press the Compressor Power Button. The LCD will display current and set pressure.
- Use the ➕ and ➖ buttons to set the desired pressure (1-120 PSI).
- Press the Compressor Power Button again to begin inflating. The Compressor Icon (?) will flash.
- The compressor stops automatically when the set pressure is reached.
- Press the Compressor Power Button to turn OFF the unit.
- Unscrew the nozzle and allow the unit to cool before storing.
Inflating Other Inflatables Without Valve Stems: Use the nozzle adapter and follow steps similar to inflating tires.
Care and Maintenance
- Recharge the battery at least every 30 days when not in use.
- Clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Never submerge the unit in water.
- Periodically inspect adapters, connectors, and wires. Contact the manufacturer for replacements.
Battery:
The battery is designed for the service life of the unit and is not user-replaceable.
Safe Battery Disposal:
Contains a sealed lead-acid battery. Recycling is required. ♻️ Do not dispose of in fire or extreme heat. Protect terminals with tape before disposal.
Troubleshooting
- Unit will not charge: Ensure AC Power Button is OFF. Check extension cord connection.
- Unit fails to jump-start: Ensure not in Compressor mode. Ensure Jump-Starter Power Button is ON. Check polarity. Allow unit to cool if overheated. Recharge if necessary.
- 120V AC outlet will not power appliance: Ensure AC Power Button is ON. Check appliance wattage (max 500W). Check appliance cord/plug. Recharge if necessary.
- USB power port will not power appliance: Ensure USB Power Button is ON. Check for Fault Icon on LCD. Ensure total draw does not exceed 3.1A (5V). Some electronics may not be compatible. Recharge if necessary.
- LED area light does not come on: Ensure Area Light Power Button is ON. Recharge if necessary.
- Portable compressor will not inflate: Ensure not in Jump Starter mode. Ensure Compressor Power Button is ON. Check Sure Fit® nozzle connection. Allow compressor to cool if overheated. Recharge if necessary.
