Installation
- The recess in the floor should be 100-120mm depth to allow connection of the water inlets.
- First determine the position of the tap, mark and drill the fixing holes.
- Then connect the red water inlet tail with the hot water pipe and the blue water inlet tail with the cold water pipe. Tighten and check for leaks once water is turned on.
- Finally mount the body with wall plugs and screws.
IMPORTANT: When installing the tail threads, it should be done in such a way to prevent kinks, flat spots and excessive bends, which will affect performance and can potentially cause long term damage and leaks. No bend in the tail should be less than 25mm radius.
Trouble shooting

- System pressure should meet minimum requirement pre-installation.
- Blockage - check water is reaching the mixer, check valve, mixer tails and supply pipes.
- Isolation valves not fully opened.
Water not mixing
- Hot and Cold supplies not balanced - increase or decrease pressures to balance. (Always maintain the minimum pressure requirement)
- Blockage / Check water is reaching the mixer, check valve, mixer tails and supply pipes.
OPERATION
Lift up the handle to open, turn left to hot water, turn right to cold water, and mix cold and hot water in the middle.
