Lefant Robot Vacuum Remote Control Functions

1.1 Button Function Description

The remote control for Lefant robot vacuums features several buttons for operation and scheduling. The main display shows the current time and day.

Key Buttons:

• 1 Start/Pause Planned Cleaning: Initiates or pauses a cleaning cycle, optimized for hard floors.
• 2 Automatic Return and Charge: Sends the robot back to its charging dock.
• 3 Remote Control Direction: Allows manual directional control of the robot.
• 4 Random Cleaning: Starts a cleaning cycle optimized for carpets, following a random pattern.
• 5 Edge Cleaning: Directs the robot to clean along the edges of a room.
• 6 Fixed Point Cleaning: Instructs the robot to clean a specific small area intensively.

Additional Buttons:

• A Start/Pause: Starts or pauses the robot's current operation.
• B Scheduled Button: Accesses the scheduling functions.
• C Time Setting Button: Used for setting the current time.
• D Suction Level Adjustment Button: Allows adjustment of the robot's suction power.

Note on Arrow Buttons: The remote control's arrow buttons (directional control) are applicable in standby mode, automatic return and charge mode, random cleaning mode, and edge cleaning mode (left and right keys only).

2.1 Set the Remote Control Time to the Current Time

Follow these steps to set the current time on your remote control:

1. Press the 'Set Time' button (often indicated by a clock icon).
2. Use the directional buttons (▲/▼) to select 'Week', 'Hour', or 'Minute'. Press the play/pause button (▶II) to confirm each selection.
3. Press the play/pause button (▶II) again to confirm the time setting. The robot will emit a 'beep' sound to indicate success.

Note:

• Adjust the hour by pressing ▲ or ▼ (+1/-1). Adjust the minutes by pressing ▲ or ▼ (+5/-1).
• If the play/pause button (▶II) is not pressed to save the settings within 10 seconds of inactivity, the clock setting will be automatically exited without saving.

2.2 Setting Cleaning Appointments with the Remote Control

Schedule cleaning times for your robot using the remote control:

1. Press the button to initiate the scheduled cleaning time setting.
2. Use the directional buttons to select 'Week', 'Hour', and 'Minute'. Press the play/pause button (▶II) to adjust the values.
3. Align the remote control with the robot and press the play/pause button (▶II) to save the settings. The robot will beep, and you can proceed to set the next day's schedule or exit.
4. After configuration, press the button to exit the setup. The robot will automatically clean at the scheduled times. If you do not save, the setting will be unsuccessful and exit after 10 seconds of inactivity.

Canceling Cleaning Schedules:

• Cancel Single Scheduled Cleaning Plan: Set the time to 00:00, then select and change the 'Minute' digit to '--:--'. Press the play/pause button (▶II) to confirm cancellation for the day. The robot will beep upon successful cancellation.
• Cancel All Scheduled Cleaning Plans: Press and hold the button for 3 seconds. The schedule icon will disappear, and all time digits will be replaced by '--:--'. The robot will beep to confirm all schedules are canceled.

Notes:

• Scheduled times set via the remote control and the mobile app do not interfere with each other.
• If the robot restarts or the remote control battery is replaced, time and schedule settings need to be reset.
• The remote control operates in a 24-hour format.
