Once you receive your permit, remember to log in to the subscriber portal at www.xfinity.com/xhsportal to enter your permit number and expiration date in the "Emergency Dispatch Setup" section.

Key Information for Alarm Registration

• Arapahoe County (Cherry Hills Village): Registration is required in person at the Cherry Hills Village Police Department.
• Denver County (Denver): Register online via the Denver Excise & Licenses Department.
• Douglas County: Registration is managed by ATB Services. Check specific requirements for areas like Unincorporated County Area, Castle Pines North, Larkspur.
• Larimer County: Utilize the online "Crywolf" service for registration in areas like Unincorporated County Area and Timnath.
• El Paso County (Colorado Springs): Register with the Colorado Springs Police Department.
• Jefferson County (Golden): Register with the Golden Police Department.
• Pitkin County (Aspen, Snowmass): Obtain permits from the respective Police Departments.
• Routt County: Registration for monitored smoke alarms is handled by the Steamboat Springs Fire Prevention District.
• Summit County: Registration is managed through the Summit County Alarm Management Program for areas including Unincorporated County Area, Blue River, Breckenridge, Dillon, Frisco, and Silverthorne. Note that a "Knox Box" may also be required.
