This guide provides instructions for setting up your in.touch 3 & 3+ Home system.
Getting Started
Follow these steps to connect your in.touch 3 & 3+ Home system:
- Step 1: Connect the in.touch 3 Home unit to your spa's control system. Ensure power is supplied via an extension cord if necessary. A router connection is not required for initial setup.
- Step 2: Download the in.touch app by scanning the provided QR code.
- Step 3: Follow the instructions within the app to complete the setup and pairing process.
Troubleshooting
Refer to the following table for common issues and solutions:
Symptom | Possible Cause | Solution |
---|---|---|
Blinking LED (Module out of range) | Module is too far from the spa. | Connect the in.touch 3-Home unit outdoors, near the spa. If modules stop blinking, move them closer together. |
Blinking LED (Module unpaired) | Modules are not paired. | Follow the pairing instructions in the in.touch 3 & 3+ Techbook. |
Green Color (LED) | Port 10022 may be closed on your router, or another configuration is blocking internet access. Server may be temporarily offline. | Ensure port 10022 is open on your router. If the issue persists, try again later as the server may be undergoing maintenance. |
