How to Take Out the Earbuds
The Correct Way
Press your fingertips into the groove on the side of the charging case and gently push out the earbuds.

The Wrong Way
Do not pinch the earbuds directly with your fingertips to take them out.

How to Wear
Choose the eartips that best fit your ears.

Identify the left and right earbuds. Insert the earbuds into the inner canal of your ears. Turn and find the most comfortable position for a secure fit.

How to Use
Pairing
- Open the lid of the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
- On your device, turn on Bluetooth and select "KMOUK KM-HTW006" from the list to connect.
- Once paired, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when the charging case lid is opened.
Low Latency Game Mode
- To enter Game Mode: Press and hold the touch control area of either earbud for 3 seconds. You will hear a "Game play mode" prompt.
- To exit Game Mode: Press and hold the touch control area of either earbud for 3 seconds. You will hear a "Bluetooth mode" prompt.
- Note: In Game Mode, double-tap the touch control area to switch between Game Mode and Music Mode. The indicator light will flash. Double-tap again to exit Game Mode.

How to Clean
Gently wipe any dirt with a soft, dry cloth or cotton swab.
Note: Do not insert anything into the earbuds or the charging case.
Troubleshooting

Can't find "KMOUK KM-HTW006" in the Bluetooth device list.
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. If the earbuds are already connected to another device, turn off Bluetooth on that device or remove the earbuds from its list. Then search again.

No sound in the earbuds.
Check if the earbuds are powered on and connected. Verify the volume is not muted on both the earbuds and your connected device. Ensure the earbuds are selected as the audio output device.

Can't hear the other person on the phone.
Adjust the call volume on your device. For iOS devices, ensure "KMOUK KM-HTW006" is selected as the audio output device.

Failed to turn on the earbuds.
The earbuds may have a low battery. Charge the earbuds and the charging case.

Easy connection interruption/Sound delay.
Ensure the earbuds and the connected device are within the effective range (approx. 10 meters / 32.8ft) and free from obstructions like walls or electrical equipment.

Can't play and pause music.
Confirm the earbuds are connected to your device. Use the double-tap operation on the touch control area to play/pause music. For gaming, ensure you are not in Game Mode if this function is affected.
Note: If the above solutions do not resolve the issue, please contact the seller or KMOUK customer service.
Charging the Earbuds
For optimal performance, fully charge both the earbuds and the charging case, especially if not using them for an extended period.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case.
- The earbuds will begin charging automatically.
Note: The earbud indicator light will flash when the battery is low (below 10%). The light turns off when fully charged.
After charging, when the charging case lid is closed, the case's indicator lights will show the battery status.

Charging the Charging Case
- Connect the included USB Type-C cable to the charging case.
- Connect the other end to a power source (e.g., USB adapter, computer).
- The charging case indicator light will illuminate during charging.

Power On/Off
- Power On: Open the lid of the charging case. The earbuds will power on automatically.
- Power Off: Place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid. The earbuds will power off automatically.
Note: If the earbuds are not paired or connected to any device for approximately 5 minutes, they will automatically power off.
Touch Control Area
The touch control area is located on the outer surface of each earbud.
