Available Features Currently, SIP Gateway supports the following core Teams calling functionality: 1. Make Calls: Signed-in users can dial the phone number to call SIP, PSTN, or Teams/SfB users. Note: SIP device users can only call users with a phone number, hence the remote party must have a phone number. 2. Receive Calls: SIP device users can receive a call from another Teams/SfB user with a Yealink SIP device, PSTN number, or Teams/SfB client. In this case, the SIP device acts as just another Teams endpoint, inbound calls will also be forked to user's SIP device. 3. Multiple Simultaneous Calls: A SIP device user in a call can put the call on hold to make or receive other calls. A SIP device user can also merge two calls. 4. Do not Disturb: A SIP device user can enable do not disturb on the device so that the device will not ring for incoming calls. This has no impact on the user's status on all other Teams endpoints. 5. Hold/Resume and Mute/Unmute: A SIP device user can hold/resume/mute/unmute a call. 6. Teams Meetings: A SIP device user can join a Teams meeting by dialing the meeting access number. Dialing out to a same organization user's phone number is currently not supported. However, guest | Available Features | 11 users from another organization can be added to a Teams meeting by a participant who dials out to a guest user's number to include that guest. Note: Adding a Teams meeting participant via "request to join" currently won't alert a SIP device. 7. Call Transfers: SIP device users can transfer calls. SIP Gateway supports both blind and consultative transfers.DITA Open Toolkit Apache FOP Version 2.3
