SIM Card and Micro SD Card Installation
Your device supports Nano-SIM and Micro SD cards.
- SIM Tray Slot 1 (S1):
- For Nano-SIM
- SIM Tray Slot 2 (S2):
- For Micro SD
Use the provided SIM ejector tool to open the SIM tray. Insert the Nano-SIM card into Slot 1 and the Micro SD card into Slot 2, then gently push the tray back into the phone.
Getting Started
Press and hold the Power button (?) for a few seconds (1,2,3...) to turn on your device.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup.

General Safety
- Detailed Manual: Find extensive operating instructions on your smartphone by tapping the icon on the main menu.

- Battery Safety: Do not attempt to disassemble the battery. Do not destroy batteries or chargers. Recharge the battery between 0°C and 40°C. Use only Hisense supplied batteries and chargers. Incorrect battery replacement poses a fire risk. Dispose of used batteries according to instructions.
- Recycling: Observe local regulations for phone packaging, battery, and used phone disposal. Take them to designated collection points. Do not dispose of in household bins.
- Electric Shock: Do not attempt to dismantle the device, as there is a risk of electric shock.
- Charging Environment: Recharge your phone in a well-ventilated area. Ensure the socket-outlet is near and easily accessible.
- Hospital & Healthcare Facilities: Comply with all applicable rules and regulations for devices in these environments.
- Flammables & Explosives: Do not expose your device to areas with flammables or explosives.
- Handling: Do not crush, throw, puncture, drop, squeeze, or bend your device.
- Temperature Guidelines: Optimal operating temperatures are 0°C to 35°C. Optimal storage temperatures are -20°C to 45°C.
- Radiation Exposure: To limit potential effects of prolonged radiation exposure, it is advised that teenagers hold the phone away from their lower abdomen, and pregnant women hold the phone away from their stomach.
- SAR Information: The highest SAR values reported to the FCC for this device are 1.28 W/kg when used over the ear, 0.58 W/kg when used 10mm from the body, and 0.90 W/kg when used at a wireless access point (HOTSPOT) at 10mm.
