Install the App
Method 1: Using App Stores
Download the free "e-Control" application from your mobile device. It is available for Android devices via Google Play or iOS devices (App Store).
Method 2: Via Website
Visit www.ibroad-link.com using your mobile device's browser and download the App directly.
Preparation
Connect the SP3 to the power outlet.
Configuration Mode
The LED indicator blinks rapidly, 5-6 times per second.
Ensure your mobile device is connected to the Wi-Fi network where the SP3 will be used.
Open the e-Control App.
Configuration
Go to "Add device" and then tap "Configure". Ensure the SP3's light is still blinking rapidly.
Enter your Wi-Fi password to configure the devices.
Reset
Reset Procedure: Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds until the SP3's LED blinks rapidly again.
If regular configuration fails, reset the SP3 and install it in "AP Mode".
AP Mode
In "Add device", select "AP Mode" and tap "Yes".
Confirmation Steps:
- Press and hold the reset button until the blue LED blinks rapidly.
- Press and hold the reset button again until the blue LED blinks slowly (in cycles of 4).
- Manually connect your mobile device to the Wi-Fi network named "BroadlinkProv".
Once connected to "BroadlinkProv", in "e-Control" refresh the available networks and select the one the SP3 will work with. Finish the network configuration and reconnect your mobile device to your preferred network.

NOTE: Double press the ON/OFF button to control the night light (ON/OFF).

Q: How many timers can be programmed in the SP3?
A: It supports up to 6 different types and 26 distinct timers (schedules).

PALINOVA SA DE CV warrants the hardware and software included in this product for a period of one (1) year in all its parts and labor, against any manufacturing and operational defect from the date of delivery to the final consumer, free of charge.
*Software warranty applies to the software contained within the physical product, not to the control application (App) on the consumer's mobile devices.
THIS WARRANTY COVERS ONLY THE APPARATUS WHOSE MODEL IS NOTED IN THIS DOCUMENT: SP3
To make this warranty effective, no greater requirements than sending this product along with this warranty or, failing that, the purchase invoice or note, duly stamped by the selling establishment, should be requested.
The warranty can be claimed either at the place of purchase or, preferably, through the site www.broadlink-mexico.mx to coordinate your service, and any shipping costs will be covered by Palinova SA de CV.
The delivery time for your repaired product or physical replacement will not exceed 30 calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of your product.
THIS WARRANTY WILL BE INVALID IN THE FOLLOWING CASES
- When the policy data does not match the product.
- When the product has been used under conditions other than normal or operated outside the instructions accompanying this document.
- When the product has been opened or altered by personnel not authorized by Broadlink or Palinova SA de CV.
