IMPORTANT: Because cordless phones rely on electricity, have at least one non-cordless phone available in case of a power outage.

3 Important Safety Instructions

Follow basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury:

  1. Read and understand all instructions.
  2. Follow all warnings and instructions marked on the product.
  3. Unplug before cleaning. Use a damp cloth; do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners.
  4. Do not use the telephone in a bathtub, shower, or pool to avoid electrical shock.
  5. Ventilation slots are provided for heat protection. Do not block them by placing the product on soft surfaces or in enclosed spaces without proper ventilation.
  6. Operate only from the indicated power source type. Consult your dealer or local power company if unsure.
  7. Plug the adaptor into an easily accessible outlet near the equipment.
  8. Do not place anything on the power cord or allow it to be walked on.
  9. Do not overload wall outlets or extension cords.
