Safety Instructions
WARNING: Product Warranty is void if product is not installed as per installation instructions and in compliance with all local and provincial codes.

- Ensure installation complies with local electrical rules and regulations.
- All electrical work must be performed by a licensed electrician.
- Protective earth; protective group [protective earth symbol].
- For LED Options 2,700K, 3,000K, Red, Green, Blue, RGBA, RGBW, Tunable White: This product contains a light source of energy efficiency class G.
- For LED Options 3,500K, 4,000K, 5,000K: This product contains a light source of energy efficiency class F.
- All luminaires may become hot. Use discretion on where the luminaire is mounted. Take care when setting luminaire as it may become hot.
- Luminaire should only be used complete with protective shield. If protective shield is cracked, immediately stop using luminaire. Isolate light source, keep it dry and immediately contact Lumascape for replacement of protective shield [protective shield replacement].
- If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it shall be exclusively replaced by Lumascape or their service agent in order to avoid a hazard.
- The light source contained in this luminaire shall only be replaced by Lumascape or their service agent in order to avoid a hazard.
- Do not stare at the operating light source. The luminaire should be positioned so that prolonged staring into the luminaire at a distance closer than 95' (29 m) [minimum viewing distance symbol] is not expected.
- Basic insulation has been maintained between line voltage and the control conductors.
- Ensure mains input power to power supply is surge protected.
- Never make or break connections while the circuit is energized.
- Do not make modifications or alter the product.

- To reduce the risk of strangulation, the flexible wiring connected to this luminaire shall be effectively fixed to the wall if the wiring is within arm's reach.
Installation Steps
Surface Mount Installation
The Kololux K6 and K8 luminaires can be surface mounted. The diagrams show dimensions for standard and 3G brackets.
- K6 Standard Bracket: Height 15.4" (392mm), Width 3.9" (99mm), Length 18.11" (460mm).
- K6 3G Bracket: Height 15.6" (396mm), Width 3.9" (99mm), Length 18.27" (464mm).
- K8 Standard Bracket: Height 19.09" (485mm), Width 4.14" (105mm), Length 18.11" (460mm).
- K8 3G Bracket: Height 19.09" (485mm), Width 4.14" (105mm), Length 18.27" (464mm).
The installation involves attaching the appropriate bracket to the mounting surface, connecting the wiring, and then securing the luminaire to the bracket.
Suspension Mount Installation
The luminaires can also be installed using a suspension mount. The process is shown in numbered steps:
- Attach suspension hardware to the luminaire or ceiling.
- Connect the mains supply wiring.
- Connect the data supply wiring (if applicable).
- Secure the luminaire to the mounting structure.
- For NK/LK/MK & WK beam options, optional 3G brackets can be used. The K6 Optional (K6) 3G Bracket has dimensions of 11.81" (300mm) length and 0.4" (11mm) width (x2). The K8 Optional (K8) 3G Bracket has dimensions of 11.81" (300mm) length and 0.43" (11mm) width (x2).
- Ensure mains supply connection is surge protected.
- Torque connections: 2 Nm for data supply, 4 Nm for mains supply.
- Final positioning and checks.
Note: The 3G rated brackets are for specific beam options only.
