Installation Steps
Stand Installation
Follow the diagrams to attach the stand components (A, B, C, D) to the TV. Ensure correct screw usage (e.g., 1.5 N-m / 15 kgf-cm) and that accessories match your model.
Note: Accessory type and quantity may vary depending on the model.
Wall Mounting (Optional)
If wall mounting, ensure the wall mount kit is compatible and installed correctly according to the kit's instructions. The TV is designed for VESA mounting standards.
Note: Wall Mount Kit not included.
Connecting Devices
Connect external devices to the TV using the available ports:
- HDMI IN: Connect to devices like Blu-ray players, game consoles, or set-top boxes. Ports support various features including 4K 120 Hz.
- DIGITAL AUDIO OUT (OPTICAL): Connect to an audio system.
- S-CENTER SPEAKER IN: Connect to compatible Sony soundbars or AV receivers for enhanced audio.
- USB Ports: For connecting external storage devices or accessories. Note the power limitations (500 mA MAX for USB 1, 900 mA MAX for USB 2).
- LAN: For wired network connection.
- REMOTE (IR IN): For connecting an external remote control receiver.
- RS-232C: For control systems.
- CABLE/ANTENNA: Connect for broadcast reception.
Remote Control Setup
Insert batteries into the remote control. Refer to the diagrams for correct orientation. The remote control may differ slightly from the one shown.
Important Notes & Safety
- Ensure proper ventilation around the TV.
- Do not place the TV near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
- Handle the TV with care, especially during installation.
- The TV may have Dolby, IMAX Enhanced, and DTS certifications.
