Troubleshooting Display Issues: If only one screen displays when connecting multiple ports, check if the laptop recognizes the external display, ensure the HDMI cable is properly connected, or try a different HDMI cable. If these steps do not resolve the issue, reduce the external monitor resolution via your laptop's display settings. For further adjustments, use the Intel Graphics Control Panel.
User Tips
For Windows Users:
After setup, Windows will either 'Duplicate' your internal laptop display or 'Extend' your desktop. Adjust these settings by right-clicking on your desktop, selecting 'Display Settings'.
For Mac Users:
To adjust displays, go to System Preferences > Displays. The 'Arrangement' tab allows you to modify display order and set the menu bar location.
System Requirements
To use this product, your device's USB-C port must support DisplayPort Alt Mode (Thunderbolt) and Power Delivery. The FUJOKA Docking Station is incompatible with USB 3.0/2.0 Type-A systems. Thunderbolt 3 and USB 3.1 Gen2 Type-C ports generally support Alt Mode output and DisplayLink functionality, but Power Delivery/charging support is system-specific.

Quick Start Guide
Step 1: Driver Installation
Download and install the FUJOKA Docking Station driver from displaylink.com/downloads.
Step 2: Connect Power and Host
Connect the power adapter to the dock's power input. Connect the provided USB-C to USB-C cable from the dock's rear USB-C port to your host system. Specific power cables vary by region.
Step 3: Connect Displays
Connect your HDMI and DisplayPort displays to the dock's video outputs. Use HDMI 2.0 or higher cables for optimal performance. The DisplayPort can only transmit video. The host USB-C port must support DisplayPort and Power Delivery (Thunderbolt 3.0).
Use the hot key Windows+P for multi-display management.
Step 4: Connect USB Devices
Attach USB and USB-C devices (keyboard, mouse, etc.) to the USB ports on the front and back of the dock. Note: One USB-C port (USB 3.0) supports data and charging only, not video output.

Step 5: Connect Audio and Network
Connect speakers/headphones or a microphone to the front audio inputs. Connect an Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port for a wired network connection.
Audio Jack Standard: The dock uses the CTIA international standard. If your headset/speaker is not CTIA/Apple standard, do not plug it in fully to avoid buzzing sounds.
Audio Output Reminder: Connecting the dock may change the default audio output to the docking station. To use your laptop speakers, change the audio output device back to your laptop speakers in your operating system settings.
