Product Overview

The Wave Solo is a smart vibrating roller designed by Therabody, utilizing QuietRoll Technology™ for effective muscle recovery and massage. It is intended for use by everyone and is born in Los Angeles, CA.

Device Components

The Wave Solo features the following key components:

A: LED battery indicator light: Displays the battery level.
B: LED speed indicator: Shows the current vibration speed setting.
C: USB-C charging port: For connecting the charging cable.

The device is a spherical roller with a textured surface for enhanced grip and massage.

Using the Wave Solo

To turn on the Wave Solo, firmly press and hold the power button for 1-2 seconds.
Press the main button to cycle through and increase speeds. After reaching the highest speed, pressing the button again will return the device to the lowest speed.
Position the device under the treatment area and apply light to moderate pressure as needed for massage.
To turn off the Wave Solo, firmly press and hold the power button until the device powers down.

Your Wave Solo is a smart device equipped with Bluetooth connectivity. It is designed to pair seamlessly with the Therabody app. Download the app for a guided step-by-step setup and instructions on how to pair your device.

Charging the Wave Solo

The Wave Solo is USB-C enabled. Connect the included USB-C cable to your preferred USB adapter for charging.
The LED light on the power button will flash while charging and turn solid green when fully charged.
Battery level is continuously displayed on the LED light of the power button when the device is on. To check the battery level when the device is off, briefly press the power button, and the LED battery light will flash to indicate the level.

Important: Avoid applying alcohol-based cleaners to the device.
