II. Functions
- 2.1 Circulation heating: Convection motion heats food more evenly.
- 2.2 99 minutes timer.
- 2.3 Surface heating function: Optional.
- 2.4 Spray function: Applicable.
III. Machine illustration diagram
An exploded view of the convection oven shows the main components: the front door, front panel, chamber, shell, base, and back panel.
IV. Installation instruction
- All electrical power unit and circuit connections must be installed by a qualified electrician according to safety standards.
- Connections must be made based on requirements.
- Ensure the rubber feet are securely installed.
- Place the product on a solid platform in a well-ventilated room, leaving at least 10cm space between the product and walls or barriers. Keep away from combustible materials and ensure a fire extinguisher is available.
- Remove all packaging film from the surface.
- Connect the power wire according to electrical safety standards. Verify voltage and frequency conformity. Install a double pole switch before connection. The voltage error should be within ±10% ([Note:] the product must be connected to ground).
- Connect the cable to the power supply using a screwdriver according to the connection diagram. Loosen the screw inside the power point, plug in the cable, and ensure the sheet copper compresses the power line tightly. Incorrect connections may cause joint heating and burning of the power cord.
- Connect the water inlet behind the case to the water pipe using the configured bellows. Add a strainer on the water pipe joint to prevent magnetic value block. An exhaust pipe is provided behind the case for needless steam exhaust.
V. Operation instruction
1. Time control operation
(When using the timing function, the timer also acts as a power supply to control thermostats and heating elements. Ensure the power switch is "OFF" before using the timer.)
- Baking time can be controlled within 0-120 minutes. The indicator light turns on when the oven starts working.
- Turn the timer clockwise to the desired time.
- After setting, the timer counts backward to zero, the power supply automatically turns off with a "chink" alarm, and the indicator light turns off.
- Cooking time depends on the amount of food; more food requires longer time.
2. Top heating operation
- The top heating element is controlled by the corresponding thermostat and timer.
- Turn the timer knob clockwise to set the needed time.
- Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to set the needed temperature (range: 0-350°C). The indicator light of the top heating element turns on.
- When the set temperature is reached, the indicator light turns off, and the heating element stops heating. When the temperature drops below the set value, the indicator light turns on, and the heating element restarts heating. This process works in an automatic cycle.
3. Heated air convection operation
- The function of air convection is controlled by the thermostat and timer simultaneously.
- Turn the timer clockwise to set your desired time (0-90 minutes).
- Turn the thermostat clockwise to set your desired temperature (0-350°C). The indicator light turns on.
- When the set temperature is reached, the indicator light turns off, and the heating element stops heating. If the temperature falls below the set temperature, the heating element will automatically reheat, and the indicator light turns on.
4. Spray function operation
(This function can only be used when the air convection function is active, turning the spray into steam in the hot chamber.)
- The spray function can only be used when using the air convection function.
- When using the spray function, the oven temperature must reach at least 120°C.
- Pressing the spray function button sprays water over the heating element through the fan blade, producing steam in the chamber.
- The capacity of the steam depends on how long the spray function button is pressed, but do not press it for over 5 seconds.
- The required amount of spray is decided by the cook based on the food being prepared.
Attention: The spray function can only be used while the timer and thermostat of the air convection are in operation.
VI. Warning
- If you need to clean, repair, or move the machine, please pull out the plug first.
- Do not touch the switch or plug with wet hands.
- The machine cannot be flushed directly. Be careful not to let water flow into the switch during cleaning.
- Keep children away from touching or using the machine.
- The ground wire must be connected. All connections must be reinstated after maintenance.
VII. Maintenance
- Pull out the plug before performing maintenance and clean the machine after it has cooled down.
- For daily cleaning, use a dry cloth to wipe off grease from the chamber; do not flush the chamber directly. For cleaning the baking stone, remove it, use a fur brush to clean its surface, rinse with water, and dry it. (Do not use any cleanser essence on the baking stone, as it can absorb water and cleanser, potentially affecting food flavor.)
- It is recommended to have the machine maintained by a qualified electrician once a month.
VIII. Trouble shooting
User need to know:
- When doing maintenance, please first pull out the plug.
- Before cleaning, please first cool down the chamber, and do not use acid cleanser for cleaning.
- Only qualified staff can use the machine.
- Operators should read this manual to learn the function and operating of the oven before using.
- Please keep this manual for further reference.
- This machine can only be used for roasting and baking food, and it is not applicable for any other use. The thermostat can adjust the temperature between 20-350°C.
- The oven is applicable for baking fresh or freeze flour products or meat.
- Each baking plate should have 4cm space between during cooking, and please do not place too much food on it to keep the hot air circulating.
Stoppage | Solution |
---|---|
Not heating up | 1. Please check whether the connection is loose. 2. Rotate the thermostat to your needed temperature. 3. Please check whether the power switch matches the parameters. 4. Contact the service center for repair suggestion. |
Short circuit | Contact the service center for repair suggestion. |
Internal light not work | Pull out the plug, cool down the chamber, then replace a new bulb. |
Scorching smell appear | Contact the service center to check whether the connection is short out. |
Baking unevenly | Readjust the thermostats for each heating element to see how they work. If they don't work well, please contact the service center to check whether the heating element needs to be changed. |
No steaming | 1. Please check whether the water pipe joint is blocked or disconnected. 2. Please check the water faucet is blocked or disconnected. 3. Please check if the magnetic value works well; if it doesn't, please replace it with a new one. |
