Fully charge the case and earbuds (charge for 4 hours, until all charging case LED indicators have been lit up). 2. Take the earbuds out of the case. They will turn on automatically and connect within 5 seconds. 3. Turn on the Bluetooth pairing function on your device. 4. Find and select "BWS T2". 5. Choose your best fitting ear tips. 6. Disassembling it will void your warranty. · These earphones are built to last as long as possible, but they are not waterproof. Exposers to excess moisture might void the warranty. · Do not use around flammable gasses as fire or explosion may occur. · Keep the device and packaging out of reach of children. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Remove ear tips from earphones 2. Take a cotton swab damp with a small amount of rubbing alcohol or soapy water. Swab the body of the earphones and ear tips. Note: Ear tips can also be submerged fully in rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide 3. Allow the earphones and ear tips to dry completely 4. Install ear tips on the earphones, make sure they are attached securely WARNING Using headphones at high to moderate volumes for extended periods will result in permanent hearing damage. It is advised to keep the volume levels at medium to low at all times. Do not use when driving a car, cycling, operating machinery, or performing other activities that require hearing your surrounding sound. It is advised to turn the volume on your device all the way down before connecting your headphones. A: The earphones may shut down if the battery level is too low due to overdischarge protection. It can be reactivated by charging it for 4 hours. If there's still no response, touch and hold the touchpads for 2~3 seconds to activate the earphones manually. If there's still no response, use a piece of disinfecting wipe to clean the charging pins on the earphones and charging case, let it dry, and then charge it for another 1 hour. The earphones should now function normally.
