5. Firmware Upgrade
To upgrade the firmware, connect the device to a computer, place the firmware file in the "Upgrade file" folder on the USB drive, disconnect the USB, shut down, and restart the device. It will automatically enter the upgrade page. The device will shut down automatically after the upgrade.
6. Precautions
- When using both channels simultaneously, connect the ground clips of the two probes together. Do not connect ground clips to different potentials, especially on high-power devices or 220V, to prevent damage to the oscilloscope's mainboard due to short-circuiting internal ground lines.
- The BNC end of the oscilloscope can tolerate a maximum input of 400V. Do not input voltage exceeding 400V when using the 1X probe switch.
- Use a separate charging head for charging. Do not use the power supply of other devices or the USB port, as this may cause a short circuit of the mainboard ground lines.
- Before use, check insulation near the shell and interfaces for damage.
- Hold the protective device behind the test probe with your fingers.
- When measuring a circuit, do not touch any input terminal ports.
- Disconnect test probes and circuit connections before changing the range.
- Users should be cautious of electric shock when measuring DC voltage >36V or AC voltage >25V.
- A low battery warning will prompt timely charging to maintain measurement performance.
