Type of Use
These devices are designed to vacuum liquids or solids or both, according to the technical data table from the introduction to this manual. They were designed only for this use.
DANGER:
The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damage due to improper or incorrect use. Any other use releases the manufacturer from liability for harm to persons and/or property and invalidates any warranty condition.
Improper Use
Do not use the appliance to:
- Aspirate flammable, explosive, corrosive and toxic substances.
- Aspirate hot substances.
- Do not use the appliance in liquid suction mode to suction powder and vice versa.
- Do not use the appliance in areas at risk of explosion.
Preparing the Appliance
Follow these steps to prepare the appliance:
- Release the levers (1 Fig. 1) and remove the cover (2 Fig. 2) complete with the motor unit.
- Check if the filter bag (3 Fig. 3) made of TNT (polyester) is present inside the tank; if not, insert it in the appropriate space.
- Place the cover back on and lock it using the levers (1 Fig. 1).
- Insert the sleeve (4 Fig. 4) of the suction hose into the nozzle (5 Fig. 4) on the drum until it stops.
- To release the sleeve (4 Fig. 4), press and hold the button (6 Fig. 4) and then pull out the sleeve.
- Combine the flexible tube (7 Fig. 5) with the desired accessory, such as a dust brush (8 Fig. 5) or a crevice nozzle (9 Fig. 5).
Note: The filter bag (3 Fig. 3) made of TNT (polyester) may remain mounted even during liquid vacuuming, provided it is carefully cleaned (blown) to remove accumulated dust. If using the vacuum for dry pickup after wet use, ensure the inside of the tank and the filter bag are perfectly dry.
Using the Appliance
The appliance is equipped with wheels and can be pushed using the handles.
To lift the unit, insert fingers under the dedicated handle (10 Fig. 6) on the top of the cover for the single motor version, or lift with two people using the handles (11 Fig. 7).
Starting Up
Insert the plug (12 Fig. 8) into the socket.
Single Motor: Press the switch (13 Fig. 9) to position "I" to start the motor. Indicator lights on the switch will illuminate if present.
Double Motor: Depending on the required power, you can start one motor by pressing switch (13 Fig. 9) to "I", or both motors by pressing switches (13 and 14 Fig. 9) for greater suction force. Indicator lights on the switches will illuminate if present.
Note: When the recovery tank is full, the noise level increases, and the device will no longer aspirate. Switch off the device and empty the tank as described in the relevant sections.
Switching Off the Appliance
Push the switches (13, 14 Fig. 9) to the "0" position to stop the device. Indicator lights will turn off.
Remove the plug (12 Fig. 8) from the electrical socket.
Wind up the cable (15 Fig. 10) and hook it onto its housing (16 Fig. 10).
Cleaning and Maintenance
DANGER:
Before performing any maintenance operation, unplug the appliance from the electrical socket.
Emptying the Recovery Tank
Release the lever (1 Fig. 1) and remove the top (2 Fig. 2) with the motor unit. Remove the filter bag (3 Fig. 3) and clean it as described below.
Residues After Dry Use
Empty the contents of the tank into a trash bag.
Residues After Wet Use
Place the unit over a drain and empty the liquid from the recovery tank (17 Fig. 11). Clean the inside of the tank with running water and then reassemble everything in the reverse order of disassembly.
For Machines Equipped with Drain Hose
Release the drain hose (18 Fig. 12) from its support. Unscrew the button (19 Fig. 12), remove the cap (20 Fig. 12) of the drain hose (21 Fig. 12), and drain the liquid from the recovery tank (22 Fig. 12).
Daily Cleaning
Checking and Cleaning the TNT (Polyester) Filter: Release the levers (1 Fig. 1) and remove the cover (2 Fig. 2) with the motor unit. Remove the polyester filter (3 Fig. 3). Clean the filter (Fig. 13) from the inside out with a blast of air. The filter can also be washed in warm water (Fig. 13) and remounted only after it is completely dry. If it is too dirty, replace it. Reassemble all parts in the reverse order of disassembly.
Cleaning the Appliance: Clean the appliance body with a cloth dampened with water or a mild detergent. Remove the top as described above and clean the inside of the tank with running water, then empty it as indicated above. Reassemble everything in the reverse order of disassembly.
DANGER:
Do not wash the appliance using jets of water.
Note: Make sure the tank is completely dry before using your device as a dust vacuum.
Periodic Checks
Checking the Floater: Remove the top as shown above. Check if the floater (23 Fig. 14) is in good condition and moves freely in its space.

Technical Specifications
The Kränzle Ventos 50 is powered by 220-240V, featuring a 1200W motor. It operates at 63 dBA and provides 210 mbar of vacuum. The tank capacity is 35 liters. Dimensions are 590 x 590 x 790 mm, and it weighs 15 kg. The hose connection diameter is 40 mm.
