Slide power/Bluetooth switch to Bluetooth (see Fig. I) position and hold for 3 seconds until the status LED flashes blue. 2. Go to the Bluetooth menu on computer, deskphone, or mobile device and select "Snom A350M" from the list of devices available for pairing. · To mobile devices (iOS devices excluded). 1. Turn on NFC on your mobile device. 2. Place the NFC zone of your mobile device close to the NFC logo of the A350M headset. NOTE: If NFC pairing is unsuccessful, try connecting via Bluetooth pairing. Using Answering and ending a call Incoming calls are announced by the voice prompt "incoming call" or, if voice prompts are disabled, by the ringtone and by the busylight flashing green. · Answering a call: tap the call key or flip the microphone boom down close to the mouth to answer the call. NOTE: Using the boom to answer calls can be enabled/ disabled in the Snom Connect PC App: The default setting is enabled. · End the call: tap the call key. Call waiting · Tap the call key to accept the incoming call and end the active call. · Tap the call key twice to accept the incoming call and put the active call on hold. · Press the call key for 2 seconds to reject the incoming call. Note: Call waiting and call swapping functions may be variant in some softphones. Call swapping. Tap the call key twice to switch between the active call and the call on hold. Adjusting the volume · Press . When the volume reaches the maximum level you hear a double beep. · Press .. When the volume reaches the minimum level you hear a double beep. Mute and unmute a call · Mute. Press the key or move the microphone boom up (see Fig. K). You hear a tone, and the red MIC indicator on the microphone boom turns on. · Unmute. Press the key again or move the microphone boom down. You hear a tone, and the red MIC indicator on the microphone boom turns off. NOTE: Using the boom to mute and unmute the microphone during a call can be enabled/disabled in the Snom Connect PC App. The default setting is enabled. Enable and disable do not disturb (DND) mode · In idle mode, press the key for 5 seconds to enable DND mode. You hear the voice prompt "DND on", and the top half of the busylight turns red. : · Press the key again for 5 seconds to exit DND mode. You hear the voice prompt "DND off", and the busylight turns off. Manually turn busylight LED on/off · Off: press and simultaneously and hold for 5 seconds · On: press and simultaneously and hold for 5 seconds. Enable/disable voice prompts In the default setting, the voice prompts (English only) guide you through the setup and inform you of the headset status, e.g., pairing. · Press and the key simultaneously for 5 seconds to disable. The prompt "Voice guidance off" will be played.. · Press and the key simultaneously for 5 seconds to enable. The prompt "Voice guidance on" will be played. Power saving mode When the headset has been idle for 24 hours (not worn, no calls, no music played) it goes into power saving mode to conserve battery power. . To turn the power back on, move the power switch to the off position , then to the on position . Auto-pause music The headset's built-in sensor automatically pauses music playing when the headset is taken off. Music will resume when the headset is put on again. If the pause time (headset not worn) is longer than 8 hours, the auto-pause function turns off. Reset to default settings and clear paired devices 1. Turn on the power (see Fig. I). 2. In idle mode, press the call key and simultaneously for 5 seconds. The status LED alternates blue and green flashes, one second each, five times, and then turns off. The headset is reset. Download the Snom Connect PC app at https://service.snom.com/display/wiki/Snom+Connect to your computer. This app enables you to perform the following functions on your A350M headset via the dongle which must be connected to your computer (Windows or MacOS): · Select different profiles for the sound equalizer. · Enable/disable the auto pause/auto mute/auto answer functions. · Pair other Snom Bluetooth devices with the dongle. · Update firmware .
