Note: Do not confuse similar screws. Do not tighten bolts fully until all parts are connected.
Assembly Steps
Step 01
Attach Part 1 (Top Panel) to Part 2 (Left Side Panel) and Part 3 (Right Side Panel) using hardware A. Insert hardware J into Part 6 (Base Panel). Attach Part 6 to Part 2 and Part 3 using hardware I and A.
Hardware used: J (x1), I (x2), A (x8)
Step 02
Connect Part 4 (Back Support Rail) between Part 2 and Part 3 using hardware B. Attach Part 6 (Base Panel) to Part 2 and Part 3 using hardware C. Ensure Part 6 is aligned correctly.
Hardware used: B (x4), C (x6)
Step 03
Attach Part 1 (Top Panel) to the side panels (2 & 3) using hardware C. Secure Part 5 (Bottom Shelf) between the side panels using hardware D. Ensure the main frame is stable.
Hardware used: C (x6), D (x2), B (x4)
Step 04
Insert Part 9 (Vertical Support Panels) into the designated slots. Attach them using hardware L. Secure Part 5 (Bottom Shelf) using hardware N. Place washer O onto the screw for Part P (Mounting Bracket).
Hardware used: L (x15), N (x1), O (x2), P (x1)
Step 05
Attach Part 5 (Bottom Shelf) using hardware M. These buckles have 3 optional adjustment positions.
Hardware used: M (x4)
Step 06
Attach hinges E to the cabinet doors (7 & 8) using hardware F. Then, attach the hinges to the cabinet frame (Parts 2 & 3) using hardware F. Secure the hinges with hardware K. Finally, attach handles H to the doors using hardware G.
Hardware used: E (x4), F (x18), K (x2), G (x2), H (x2)
Installation
Anti-Dumping Belt: This is an anti-dumping belt (R) that fixes the product to the wall for safety. It can be used or not, depending on your needs.
Wall Mounting:
- If mounting to a solid wall (e.g., brick or concrete), use expansion screws and self-tapping screws.
- If mounting to a wooden wall, use only self-tapping screws.
- Do not overtighten the screws.
Attach the anti-dumping belt (R) to the wall and the product as shown in the diagram, using appropriate hardware (Q, O, R).
