Offer Details

Eligibility

Customers who purchase the Eligible Device(s) with exchange, but without availing bank discount and no cost EMI, shall be eligible for the following offer referred to as the "Special exchange voucher" Offer.

Offer Description

Customers who purchase an Eligible Device under exchange, without availing bank discount & without availing no cost equated monthly instalment (NCEMI), will be eligible for an E-Voucher* ("Gift"), which can be redeemed at respective Channels (as defined below). The E-voucher shall be redeemable on all available products listed on the Samsung Shop app or www.Samsung.com/in.

Purchase and Validity

The Eligible Device can be purchased from the Samsung website (India) or Samsung Shop app (India). The Offer will be valid only if exchange is applicable in the purchase journey and during the Offer Period (as defined below).

Offer Period: 17th Feb, 2024, 11:59 PM to 29th Feb, 2024, 11:59 PM.

Redemption Process

Customers will have to follow the process given hereunder to redeem the Samsung Shop (India) (i.e. Samsung website / Samsung Shop app) benefit:

1. Customer will be eligible for the special exchange voucher offer if they complete the purchase journey with an exchange of a select old device (Without availing Bank cash back & No cost EMI) during the Offer Period.
2. Customer will receive the E-Voucher within 15 business days from the completion of the exchange journey. E-Voucher will be sent via Email (Login Email id), or to the delivery email ID if login is via mobile number.
3. The Customer can redeem the E-Voucher only once against a purchase. The cart value must be higher than the voucher value. If the cart value is less than the voucher value, the customer will not be able to use the E-voucher.
4. E-Voucher will be valid for 10 days from the date of issuance ("Redemption Period"). Failure to redeem within this period means the customer cannot redeem it in the future. No refund is applicable for this E-voucher.
5. The E-Voucher is a 'One time use' instrument and must be redeemed in a single purchase. It cannot be redeemed in parts. Any unutilized balance will be automatically forfeited.
6. Customer can order only one device from one login ID to avail this Offer.
7. Under no circumstances, E-Voucher will be transferable.

Refunds and Other Terms

Refunds against cancellation of "Special exchange voucher" will be issued after deducting the voucher value (e.g., Rs. 6000/- for Galaxy S24 Ultra) and any benefit availed by the customer.

By availing the Offer, customers give their consent to be contacted by Samsung or its authorized partners through call, SMS, WhatsApp, or Email for the purpose of this Offer or for any future communications.

This Offer is valid for Indian residents who have attained the age of 18 years or above.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules, and conditions on any advertising or promotional material relating to the Offer, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules, and conditions.

Samsung shall not be liable for losses or any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Offer, its services, and these Terms (however arising, including negligence).

Samsung reserves the right to change, extend, amend, and/or withdraw the Offer or change any of these terms & conditions anytime without prior notice.

Samsung also reserves the right to substitute the Gift with device(s)/gift(s) of equivalent value under this Offer at its sole discretion without giving any reasons thereof. The choice as to the colour, make & model of the gift(s) shall be completely at Samsung's discretion. No claims shall be entertained in this regard.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at New Delhi.

Annexure A: Eligible Models

Annexure A lists a comprehensive range of eligible Samsung Galaxy devices and Apple iPhones that can be exchanged as part of this offer. Examples include models such as Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, Samsung Galaxy S24+, Samsung Galaxy S23 series, and various Apple iPhone models like iPhone 15, iPhone 14, iPhone 13, and older generations. The full list details numerous specific models across different series and generations.
