EINFÜHRUNG Die Line Isolation Box iller ist eingangsseitig mit einer Combo-Buchse ausgestattet, die mit einem XLR- oder 6,3 mm Klinkenstecker belegbar ist. Der Eingang erlaubt den Anschluss von Zuspielgeräten mit symmetrischen oder unsymmetrischen Anschlüssen. Der symmetrische Line-Ausgang ist mit einer männlichen XLR-Buchse ausgestattet. Zwischen Ein- und Ausgang besteht eine galvanische Trennung durch einen hochwertigen Übertrager. Mit Hilfe des Ground Lift-Schalters zum Trennen der Masseverbindung von Ein- und Ausgang werden Brummschleifen und andere Störsignale wirkungsvoll beseitigt. Audiosignale können mit Hilfe der Line Isolation Box außerdem über weite Kabelwege brummfrei übertragen werden. 4 DE BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG iller 1-Kanal Line Isolation Box passiv 1 3 2 ANSCHLÜSSE 1. INPUT Line-Eingang mit Combo-Buchse (XLR / 6,3 mm Klinke), der sowohl für unsymmetrische als auch für symmetrische Verkabelung geeignet ist. Verwenden Sie ein abgeschirmtes Audiokabel, um beispielsweise ein Keyboard an der Line Isolation Box anzuschließen. 2. OUTPUT Symmetrischer Line-Ausgang mit 3-Pol XLR-Buchse. Verwenden Sie ein abgeschirmtes Audiokabel, um die Line Isolation Box an einen symmetrischen Eingang eines Mischpults oder Audio-Interfaces anzuschließen. 3. LIFT / GND Schalter zum Trennen der Masseverbindung von Ein- und Ausgang (Ground Lift). In der nicht gedrückten Position ist die Masseverbindung getrennt, die Verbindung besteht bei gedrückter Position. Die Fähigkeit, mit Hilfe des Ground Lift-Schalters eine Brummschleife zu verhindern, hängt von der Erdung der angeschlossenen Geräte ab. Es besteht daher die Möglichkeit, dass sowohl die eine, als auch die andere Schalterposition in der Lage ist, ein Brummen wirkungsvoll zu reduzieren bzw. zu beseitigen. ACHTUNG: Das Anschließen von Signalkabeln kann zu erheblichen Störgeräuschen führen. Achten Sie darauf, dass Eingangskanäle von Mischpulten und Audio-Interfaces usw. bei Steckvorgängen stummgeschaltet sind. Andernfalls können Pegel von Störgeräuschen zu Schäden führen. HINWEIS: Starke Magnetfelder können Brummen verursachen. Positionieren Sie die Line Isolation Box daher nicht in der Nähe von starken Magnetfeldern (z.B. There is galvanic isolation between input and output by means of a high-quality transformer. With the help of the ground lift switch to disconnect the ground connection of input and output, hum loops and other interfering signals are effectively eliminated. INPUT Line input with combo jack (XLR / 6.3 mm jack) suitable for both unbalanced and balanced cabling. Use a shielded audio cable to connect, for example, a keyboard to the Line Isolation Box. 2. OUTPUT Balanced line-out via 3-pin XLR jack. Use a shielded audio cable to connect the Line Isolation Box to a balanced input of a mixing console or audio interface. 3. LIFT / GND Switch for disconnecting the ground connection from the input and output (ground lift). In the non-pressed position, the ground connection is disconnected; the connection is established when the switch is pressed. The ability to prevent a humming loop using the ground lift switch depends on the grounding of the connected device. It is therefore possible that the switch is able to effectively reduce or eliminate humming when it is either up or down, depending on circumstances. CAUTION: Connecting signal cables can cause considerable noise. Please make sure that the input channels of mixing console and audio interfaces, etc. are muted when plugged in. Otherwise, noise levels may cause damage. NOTE: Strong magnetic fields can cause humming.
