TSA Lock Instructions

General Information

This document provides instructions for using the TSA lock on Xiaomi luggage. The TSA lock allows security authorities to inspect your luggage without damaging the lock. Please refer to the specific instructions for your luggage model.

Locking Mechanism

The TSA lock typically features three dials for setting a combination. The default combination is usually 0-0-0. To set your personal combination:

1. Ensure the lock is open (dials set to 0-0-0).
2. Locate the reset button (often a small pinhole or lever on the side or bottom of the lock).
3. Use a pointed object to press and hold the reset button.
4. While holding the reset button, turn the dials to your desired 3-digit combination.
5. Release the reset button. Your new combination is now set.
6. Test the new combination by opening and closing the lock.

To lock your luggage, set the dials to your combination, then slide the shackle into the lock mechanism and scramble the dials.
