UDIAG CR200 Code Reader User Manual

This document provides instructions for operating the UDIAG CR200 code reader.

1. Diagnostic Operation & Setup

Before starting a diagnostic operation, ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Ignition switch is turned to the ON position.
  • Engine is off.
  • Vehicle power is between 10 to 14 volts.

Important Warning: Do not connect or disconnect the equipment while the ignition is on or the engine is running. ⚠️

External Features, Ports, and Connectors

This section illustrates the external features, ports, and connectors of the code reader.

Buttons:

  • Enter/Back Key: Returns to the previous interface or exits. Confirms the current operation.
  • Scroll Key: Selects an option or scrolls through screens of data or text.

4. Powering Up the Scanner

Follow these steps to turn on the scanner:

  1. Turn the ignition off.
  2. Locate the Data Link Connector (DLC) on the vehicle, typically found under the instrument cluster on the driver's side.
  3. Switch the ignition key to the ON position.
  4. The scanner will power up automatically.

5. Warranty and Service

Limited One Year Warranty:
