Installation
Precautions during installation
Install the TV host after the unit bus is installed. If the wall is difficult to process, do it before installation. Confirm the TV's installation position to avoid interfering with wiring or faucets. Avoid ribs on the wall when positioning mounting holes. Be careful not to injure yourself on the bracket's edges when using it.
Matters needing attention when unpacking
The mounting bracket is attached to the TV main body at the factory. When disassembling, lift the bottom side and pull out the upper claw.
Marking Holes
- Place installation fittings in the predetermined position on the bathroom wall. Note the size difference between the bracket and the TV. Ensure the wall is flat.
- Draw a reticle on the wall according to the bracket's engraved lines.
- Mark the mounting hole positions (position 7 on the bracket).
[Diagram showing marking positions for screw holes]
Draw a crosshair according to the reference line. Ensure the bracket is horizontal when attaching it.
Drilling Wiring Holes
Using the intersection point of the reticle as the center, punch holes for wiring (diameter 40mm-60mm).
[Diagram showing wiring hole drilling]
Installing Support
Make a bottom hole where the screw will be driven. Use appropriate screws/fixers based on the wall material and state. Punch holes in the marked positions. For attached screws, pre-drill a hole of approximately 3.0mm.
Drive the threaded sleeve into the hole and fix it with the screw mounting bracket.

[Warning icon] Please be careful not to let screws damage pipes in the wall.
Cable Jumper
Lead out the cable
Lead the cable out from the wiring hole (approx. 200-300mm). Do not pull the cable hard to avoid disconnection.
Cable jumper connection
Connect the cable to the back of the TV host. After connection, wrap self-fluxing tape around each connector for waterproof measures. Do not re-plug the cable when the power box is electrified, as this may lead to failure.
[Diagram showing cable connection and waterproofing]
Place the TV in a stable, secure location. Be careful not to damage the screen surface.
Temporarily Set the TV Main Body
Perform initial setting and action confirmation
Install the TV main body onto the installation fitting:
- Align the TV main body's slot with the two claws on the upper part of the mounting bracket.
- [Diagram showing alignment and hanging the TV body] Hang the main body on the upper jaw, then aim at the lower part.
- Fix the lower part of the mounting bracket at 2 places with screws.

Troubleshooting
Check the following solutions for common symptoms. Many issues may be due to incorrect settings rather than malfunctions.
Symptoms | Possible Solutions |
---|---|
No power | Check power cord and outlet. Unplug and replug the TV after 60 seconds. |
No picture | Check antenna connection. Tune to another station if experiencing issues. Adjust contrast and brightness. |
Good picture but no sound | Increase volume. Check if MUTE is on. Check sound settings. Ensure external device volumes are adequate. Verify cable connections (AVI, Component, DVI to HDMI) and ensure audio cables are connected. Make sure headphone jack is not connected. |
Good sound but abnormal color or no picture | Check antenna connection and condition. For Component input, check connections for looseness or incorrect wiring. |
No response to remote control | Replace remote control batteries. Clean the remote control lens. Ensure the distance to the TV is within 8m and the path is clear. |
Colored dots may be present on the screen | This is a characteristic of LED screens (high pixel density) and not a malfunction. |
Picture is breaking up | Keep TV away from noisy electrical sources. Minimize interference from electrical atmospheric conditions. Ensure space between optional equipment and TV. Check antenna and connections. Keep antenna away from power/input cables. |
After Auto Tuning only some channels are available | Check if your area supports Digital Video Broadcasts. Retune or manually tune channels. Verify antenna type. Check if channels are blocked in settings. |
Channel cannot be selected | Check USB cable and power supply connection. Ensure USB disk is formatted (FAT32) and compatible. |
USB not playing | Check USB cable and power supply connection. Ensure USB disk is formatted (FAT32) and compatible. |
Picture is distorted (macroblock, etc.) | Video content compression can cause distortion, especially with fast-moving scenes. |
Noise from speaker | Check cable connections, ensure video cables are not connected to audio inputs. Low signal levels can cause sound distortion. |
TV turns off automatically | Check if Off Timer or Sleep Timer is enabled in Setup. The TV may turn off after 10 minutes of no signal. |
TV turns on automatically | Check if the On Timer is enabled in Setup. |
Picture is not shown in full screen | Black bars may appear on HD channels displaying SD (4:3) content or on movies with different aspect ratios. Adjust picture size on the external device or TV to full screen. |
