POWERED BY AIRLINKTM BLUE TUNABLE WHITE TECHNOLOGY LIGHTING PERSONALIZED Tunable White TUNABLE WHITE Tunable White technology gives you the ability to personalize the color temperature CCT of light emitted from your luminaires, making lighting a dynamic experience. Tuning can be accomplished in a variety of ways, including wired protocols such as 0-10V analog or DALI or wirelessly via Bluetooth or ZigBee or WiFi. Wireless systems have the added advantage of not disturbing the existing wiring in the facility, thus lowering installation costs for retrofit projects. LSI's Tunable White system uses the company's AirLinkTM Blue wireless control platform for communications. With a CCT range between 2700K and 6500K, the system can be used to set different ambiances based on the type of task being performed. This has shown to improve productivity as well as overall well being. Smart accessory options are available to unlock additional energy savings and code compliance, as well as added convenience. This simple, yet powerful, system is ideal for schools, retail and office environments. For example, a typical classroom can be divided into two control zones. During presentations, Zone 1 can be preset to a dim level for a clear view of the screen. Zone 2 can be set to a comfort level that produces glare-free vision. The same effect can be accomplished using the system's "scene control" capability where all fixtures are grouped into one zone at the desired intensities. Scene controls allow you to pre-program brightness levels for a particular activity, as well as recall the scene simply by the press of a button. Scene selection is facilitated by a 4-button kinetic switch. Currently, up to two scenes can be pre-programmed. The system's daylight harvesting sensor can also dynamically adjust light levels in Zone 2 to enhance learning. 2 3 Tunable White AVAILABLE PRODUCTS Tunable White is currently available in three of LSI's most popular specification-grade troffer families LPEC, LPASC and SLI. LPEC and LPASC are center basket troffers while SLI is a side-lit indirect troffer. Tunable white is available in all three form factors 1x4, 2x2 and 2x4ft. With outputs up to 8,000 lumens in the tunable white configuration, the troffers can be used in a wide variety of applications. Custom outputs can be factory-set as LSI uses state of the art programmable LED drivers and manufactures the troffers in the United States. Even with a broad range of CCTs between 2700K and 6500K, efficacies of up to 128 lumens per watt are achieved by effective thermal management and the use of high-quality components. This affords the end user tremendous flexibility and control without compromising on energy savings. 80 minimum color rendering index (CRI) is standard with an option for 90 minimum for applications that require high color fidelity. All three troffer families meet applicable Buy American Act (BAA) requirements. 2950K LPASC Low Profile Recessed Troffer LPEC Low Profile Recessed Troffer SLI Side Light Recessed Troffer 5750K 4 5 Tunable White TUNABLE WHITE CONTROLS Kinetic switches convert mechanical energy into electrical energy for wireless communication. These switches do not require any wiring, electricity or batteries, can be mounted to any standard wall box or simply set on the tabletop for easy access. They are available in single or double configurations. The double configuration offers ON/OFF, dimming and CCT tuning, as well as two preset scenes. The single switch offers ON/OFF and dimming functionality. Wireless wall switches are available with or without sensing capability. The version without sensors has ON/OFF and dimming capabilities while the sensor version is capable of vacancy and occupancy sensing. Two ceiling mount sensor options are also available. For wide area coverage such as open offices, the large aperture sensor (ALBCM OS) is ideal, while the smaller aperture sensor (ALBCM OS DHS) is better suited for smaller areas such as private offices. The ALBCM OS DHS is capable of both occupancy and daylight sensing, and both sensors have 360-degree coverage.
