Important Safety Information

Installation should be performed by an installer who is skilled in the proper use of hand and power tools, knowledgeable in local building and fire codes, and familiar with the environment behind the wall or ceiling where the speaker is being installed. Ensure that no electric cables, water or gas pipes, or supporting joists are cut during installation. Verify that the wall or ceiling can support the weight of these assemblies.

Thank you for purchasing this KEF Ci series custom installation loudspeaker. These products are designed for dry-lined, stud partition walls and ceilings, and suspended ceilings, and will deliver many years of superb sound quality.
Installation Steps
The manual outlines the installation process with numbered diagrams. Key steps include:
- Preparing the opening in the wall or ceiling.
- Mounting the speaker.
- Attaching the grille.
Specific models (Ci200CL, Ci130CS and Ci200QL, Ci200QS, Ci130QS) have slightly different installation procedures and dimensions, as detailed in the diagrams.
Grille Installation
The grille is attached using a magnetic system. Ensure the badge is positioned correctly on the grille for aesthetic alignment.
