SiriusXM SXBR3 Business Radio: Reset to Factory Settings

Understanding Factory Reset

The Factory Reset option on your SiriusXM SXBR3 Business Radio restores the device to its original factory settings. This process will erase all stored network settings, your SiriusXM streaming account username and password, saved presets, and the Screen Lock code. All other configurations will also be reverted to their default states.

Steps to Perform a Factory Reset

1. Press the Home button.
2. Turn the Tune knob to highlight Settings, then press the Tune knob to select.
3. Turn the Tune knob to highlight Reset to Factory Settings, then press the Tune knob to select.
4. Confirm your intention to proceed with the factory reset. The option Confirm factory reset will be highlighted. Press the Tune knob to proceed, or press the BACK button to cancel the reset.
5. The screen will display "Restoring factory defaults...". Once the process is complete, the Business Radio will restart, and you will see the prompt "Please press the POWER button".

Important Note: After performing a reset, you will need to reconnect your Business Radio to a network. Refer to "Step 1: Connect to a Wireless Network" on page 9 for instructions. You will also need to re-enter your SiriusXM username and password as detailed in "Step 2: Enter Your SiriusXM Business Radio Account Information" on page 12.
