Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 / Galaxy Z Flip7 Launch Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility Requirements

Any individual who meets all the following conditions during the relevant promotion period will be eligible to participate in the promotion (the "Eligibility Requirements" and "Participant", respectively):

• 1.1. A private individual, resident and/or citizen of Israel, or a person holding a legal residency permit in Israel.
• 1.2. Has fully complied with the terms detailed in this document and has been registered in the Company's computerized systems.

2. How to Participate in the Promotion

• 2.1. From Thursday, August 1, 2025, at 9:00 AM until Tuesday, September 17, 2025, at 12:00 PM, the Company will allow participants who purchase devices from the Galaxy Z Fold7 / Galaxy Z Flip7 series (hereinafter: the "Devices") to add selected products to their shopping cart at a discount.
• 2.2. The following is a list of selected products that can be added to the shopping cart at a discounted price when purchasing a device from the Galaxy Z Fold7 / Galaxy Z Flip series:
  • a. Accessory kit including a cover and a charger head:
    • Galaxy Z Fold7 – Accessory kit for 149 ILS instead of 328 ILS.
    • Galaxy Z Flip7 – Accessory kit for 99 ILS instead of 248 ILS.
  • b. Watch from the Galaxy Watch8 / Galaxy Watch8 Classic / Galaxy Watch Ultra (2025) series at a 15% discount.
  • c. Galaxy Buds at 199 ILS instead of 649 ILS.
  • d. Galaxy Buds3 Pro at 299 ILS instead of 899 ILS.
• 2.3. The offer is valid for purchases made through the Company's online store, "Samsung E-Store", at the address: https://www.samsung.com/il/offer (the "Site").
• 2.4. The Company reserves the right to change the offer details, this document, or the device model for any reason.

3. The Offer

• 3.1. Subject to section 2 herein, a participant who purchases a Galaxy Z Fold7 / Galaxy Z Flip device within the framework of the promotion will be entitled to add an accessory kit at a discount as detailed below. The kit includes one rear cover of choice and one charger head (original Samsung, but will arrive without a box, only in a nylon wrap). Below is a breakdown of the product codes for the kit items:

• 3.2. For the discount on the product kit to be reflected in the shopping cart, when purchasing a Galaxy Z Fold7 / Galaxy Z Flip device, the preferred cover must be added to the cart, and the charger head will be automatically added to the purchase.
• 3.3. Additionally, a participant who purchases a Galaxy Z Fold7 / Galaxy Z Flip device within the promotion will be entitled to add products from the models detailed in the table below to their order and receive a discount accordingly (please see: Price After Discount):

4. Promotion Terms

• 4.1. The offer in the promotion is not exchangeable and no credit will be given for its return.
• 4.2. If a device ordered is returned by a participant in accordance with relevant legal provisions, the participant must return the offer received with the device.

5. Promotion Periods

• 5.1. The promotion period will begin on Thursday, August 1, 2025, at 9:00 AM and will end on Tuesday, September 17, 2025, at 12:00 PM, or while stocks last.
• 5.2. The Company reserves the right to cancel and/or extend and/or shorten the promotion period and/or any other activity related to it at any time at its sole discretion, without needing to provide a reason.

6. Warranty

• 6.1. The sole responsibility for the supply of the devices and the offer within the promotion, as well as for the collection and/or refund of payment for the purchase of the device, will lie with the Distributor. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company will not be responsible in any way and will not bear any responsibility for the supply of the devices and the offer and/or for the refund of payment in connection with the purchase of the device.
• 6.2. The offer (if relevant) will be provided to the participant with a valid manufacturer's warranty.
• 6.3. Participants confirm that they are aware that the conduct of the promotions depends, among other things, on the proper functioning of the internet network and/or the proper functioning of the Site and other factors beyond the Company's control. Therefore, the Company may, at its discretion, cancel the promotions, in whole or in part and from time to time, if factors that disrupt or prevent the proper conduct of the promotions occur.
• 6.4. The Company is not responsible and will not be responsible in any way for the proper operation of the national telephone network and/or communication and/or computers, in all their components, and will not bear responsibility for any interruptions or disruptions in the provision of any of the aforementioned services, or for any damages, direct or indirect, including direct or indirect expenses, that may be caused to a participant in the promotions due to such disruptions or interruptions.
• 6.5. The participant undertakes to indemnify the Company and/or the Distributor and their representatives, employees, and managers, for any damage (direct or indirect), loss of income, loss, payment, or expenses incurred by them due to the participant's breach of the terms of this document, including attorney fees and legal expenses.

7. General

• 7.1. All rights of any kind, including intellectual property rights, related to the promotions and/or the Company's content appearing in the promotions, including rights in goodwill, logos, any trademark and trade name, whether registered or not, and any similar right, are the exclusive property of the Company and/or (as applicable) of third parties and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and/or of such third parties.
• 7.2. It is clarified that the Company's records obtained by the Company's computer system will serve as conclusive evidence of their correctness and/or of the participants' sending thereof, and no claim will be raised regarding the correctness and/or incorrectness and/or lack of details and/or accuracy of the details recorded in the system.
• 7.3. The participant agrees and confirms that the Company may store the details provided by them in its databases, and additional information that accumulates about them, for the purpose of carrying out, from time to time, activities such as contacting them (including by sending email or SMS), advertising, providing mailing services, by the Company and/or its representatives and/or other parties, collecting information about them and using it, including storing, transferring, and sharing it, by the Company and/or its representatives and/or other parties, for statistical purposes, and for commercial purposes, without any compensation.
• 7.4. Except as otherwise provided in this document and subject to the provisions of any applicable law, no part of the Company's rights or those of third parties mentioned above (including, but not limited to: image, video, design, text, information, file, content, trade name, trademark, logo, sound, source code, target code, software) may be used, copied, reproduced, photographed, distributed, or published without the prior written consent of the Company and/or those third parties.
• 7.5. All participants and/or those wishing to participate are aware that their participation in the promotions is subject to all terms and/or conditions specified in the promotion, and that it is done with their full consent.
• 7.6. The participant and/or the applicant for participation has read the document and accepts its provisions.
• 7.7. In any case of discrepancy and/or contradiction between the provisions of this document and what is stated in an advertisement or any other publication or provision of information to the public of participants, whether by the Company or by an authorized party on its behalf, the provisions of this document shall prevail.
• 7.8. In this promotion, the masculine gender is used for convenience only and includes the feminine gender and/or plural.
