Important Safety Instructions
IMPORTANT: Please read and comply with all instructions and warnings before use. Failure to comply may result in inaccurate results and/or damage to the product.
General Safety
- Only use this air purifier as described in this manual.
- Ensure the plug fits properly into an AC power outlet. The appliance has a polarized plug (one blade wider than the other) for safety. If the plug does not fit fully, reverse it. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this feature.
- When not in use, turn the air purifier off and unplug it from the electrical outlet.
- DO NOT operate the unit if its cord or plug is damaged. Contact the manufacturer or a qualified person for replacement to avoid risks.
- Using an extension cord is not recommended. If necessary, use one of the same size as the original cord.
- Dry your hands thoroughly before operation.
- DO NOT immerse the air purifier in water or liquids. This can cause damage, electric shock, or fire.
- DO NOT use the air purifier outdoors. It is designed for indoor use only.
- DO NOT use the air purifier in an enclosed space with flammable, combustible, or explosive gases.
- DO NOT use in areas with toxic vapors, flammable dust, or oxygen tanks.
- DO NOT insert fingers or objects into the air outlet.
- Child supervision is required when the air purifier is on. Do not allow children to play on or near the unit.
WARNING: To Reduce The Risk Of Fire Or Electric Shock, Do Not Use This Fan With Any Solid-State Speed Control Device.
Use & Care
- Always place the air purifier on a flat, level surface.
- Allow 15 inches (38 cm) of clearance on all sides of the purifier.
- DO NOT route the cord under furniture or appliances. Do not run the power cord under carpeting or cover it with rugs. Keep the power cord away from high traffic areas.
- DO NOT sit on or place anything on top of the purifier.
- DO NOT place the air purifier near heat sources like stoves, ovens, radiators, or computers.
- DO NOT use with indoor smoke-type insect repellents, or in places with oily residues, burning incense, or chemical fumes.
- DO NOT open the back shell while the air purifier is on. The unit will automatically turn off.
- Always unplug the appliance before servicing.
- DO NOT clean the appliance with water or any other liquid to avoid electric shock or injury.
- DO NOT attempt to repair the device or use unauthorized replacement parts. Contact Customer Support if the appliance is no longer working.
- Only use Airthereal Pure Morning APH230C replacement filters.
- Refer to the Troubleshooting section if you experience problems. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support.
- Discontinue use and contact Customer Support if the unit is damaged or not functioning properly.
Installation Instructions
- Open the front shell of the air purifier and unwrap the plastic package of the HEPA filter.
- Reinstall the HEPA filter, ensuring the pull-tab is facing outward. Then reinstall the front shell. Note: If the front shell is not reinstalled properly, the air purifier will not power on.
- Place the air purifier on a flat and firm position. Place it at least 15 inches (38 cm) away from TVs, radios, and other electronic products to avoid potential malfunction due to electromagnetic interference. Avoid flimsy or slanted surfaces to prevent noise and vibrations.
Operation
- Insert the power cord into an electrical outlet. WARNING: Follow these instructions to reduce the risk of serious injury or death and to reduce risk of damaging the unit. Ensure the operating voltage matches the unit's rating. For American and Canadian users, the polarized plug fits a 120V outlet one way. If it doesn't fit, reverse it. If it still doesn't fit, contact qualified personnel.
- Control Panel Introduction:
- On/Off Button: Press to turn the air purifier on or off.
Note: The On/Off Button light flashes continuously when it's time to replace the filter. Replace the filter, then press and hold the On/Off Button for 5 seconds to reset the filter usage indicator. - Fan Speed Setting: Press to cycle through 3 fan speeds: low, medium, and high.
- Sleep Mode Button: Press to select Sleep Mode, where the fan runs at the quietest level.
- On/Off Timer Button:
- Delay Start Timer: Set a delay start from 1, 2, 4, or 8 hours. The air purifier will start running after the timer reaches zero.
- Delay Off Timer: Set a delay off from 1, 2, 4, or 8 hours. The air purifier will enter standby mode after the timer reaches zero.
- Note: To cancel a timer, press the timer button until its light turns off. The timer resets with each new selection.
- Child Lock: Press and hold the Child Lock button for 5 seconds until the light glows to activate. Other buttons become unusable. Press and hold again for 5 seconds to unlock.
- Memory Function: The APH230C remembers and resumes your last used setting upon restart.
- On/Off Button: Press to turn the air purifier on or off.
Maintenance
Know the 7-in-1 HEPA Filter: The On/Off Button light flashing indicates it's time to check and change the air filter. Replacing the filter every 6-8 months is recommended for optimal use, or as needed based on filter status.
Signs it may be time to replace the filter:
- Increased noise
- Decreased airflow
- Clogged filters
- Presence of odors from the unit

Replace the Air Filter:
- Power off and unplug the unit before operating.
- Remove the front shell.
- Take out the old filter by pulling the tab. Unwrap a new one.
- Install the new filter with the pull-tab facing outward. Reattach the front shell.
- Power on the unit. Press and hold the On/Off Button for 5 seconds to reset the replacement reminder.
Cleaning:
- Unplug the power cord before cleaning.
- Clean the plastic housing with a soft cloth moistened with mild soap. Remove soap film with a dry cloth.
- Open the front panel and clean the interior and air outlet with a vacuum cleaner.
- For best maintenance, clean the unit every 2 months.
Troubleshooting
Problem | Cause | Solution |

No power or response. | The unit is not plugged into an electrical outlet. The outlet is not working properly. The power cord is damaged.
